Location is great. Dropping off a friend at Departures at 4am. Secure parking and disability bay which I used. Love the funky interior. Lounge area is a great place to relax in and you're not stuffed in a small room. Room really clean. Great bed linen but tiny bath towels. Late receptionist helped carry the suitcase up to the 2nd floor and offered to bring it down the next morning. Wake up call on time. Dropped off friend at 4am and went back to bed for a few hours, rooms very quiet given location.

Night receptionist a bit abrupt. My wife & I stay on a regular basis when travelling separately. She always gets a coffee from the machine by reception. So after checking in she told her friend to grab two coffees whilst she took the case up to the room. The evening reception literally "pounced" on her friend quite dramatically and in a raised voice exclaimed "no no no don't use the machine it's been cleaned"..... He did then make them two coffees 'out back' but muttering non-stop about the machine being cleaned and how coffee would stick inside if it didn't have time to dry before being used (?!?)........ way over the top, and embarrassing for my wife as she'd told her friend how fabulous the staff are.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere and lots of quirky little details. Very comfy bed, perfect location. While there is a place for impersonal bland chain hotels near airports, this is not one of them. There is something nice to look at everywhere. Food was simple but good, and all of the staff was so nice. When we had a bit of a medical emergency, they helped us to be seen immediately and even changed our room from an upstairs to a downstairs one for easier access (there is no elevator). Everything was very clean and it's a walkable 15min on foot from the airport, or a very short tram ride of just one station. Thoroughly recommend!

There is literally nothing we didnt like

Convenient location for the airport (right opposite a tram stop, or just a few minutes' drive), and great for an overnight stay following a late arrival. The rooms were really quiet from external noise, and clean and comfortable enough - great shower. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and it was nice to stay in a place that didn't just feel like another airport hotel but had gone to effort to be quirky and interesting. Some lovely team members.

It was a shame we couldn't leave our car there for longer than our stay, but we found an alternative. There could be a bit of noise from within the hotel (people in the corridor), but not too bad.

The advertised proximity of the hotel to the airport was one of the main reasons for choosing it and it did not disappoint – only a 20 minutes’ walk. The room was as described, comfortable, convenient and quiet and we liked the quirky décor in the dining room. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choices for us. We would recommend staying here when transiting at Bordeaux Airport.

Nothing - we were happy with our stay here. Although we knew that a kettle and cups were not provided, they would be a great addition.

Exit airport to the left to follow pavement past car rentals and via two roundabouts to walk to the hotel in 15 minutes (or by tram one stop to ‘Caroline Aigle’). Friendly welcome for easy check-in and wi-fi access. Help-yourself water in reception. Fun colourful indoor and outdoor decor using up-cycled materials. Clean compact room with comfortable bed (firm). Super breakfast buffet (€9 pp) from early morning with delicious breads, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, fruit and opportunity to boil eggs to your liking. Good value on all counts. Tram stops directly outside, just 55 minutes to central Bordeaux. Next time I’d stay longer for city sightseeing and save the hassle of carrying bags and finding luggage storage prior to check-in at an inner city hotel.

Our fourth stay at Greet, very handy if we have an early morning flight or are a late arrival. Final tram/bus stop before the airport (Caroline Aigle) is right outside and only €1.80 to get you around the city if you have a day or so to explore (download the TBM - Transport Bordeaux Metropole app). Basic rooms so no tea or coffee making stuff but airy, clean with a good bed and no noise. Lots of toys and games about for kids to play with, even an outside table tennis area. Good inside and outside seating areas. Drinks at the bar, a perfectly adequate evening menu (it’s French, what did you think? You can always ask for a salad if you are over picky). Continental style buffet breakfast which starts at 5am for early risers (do your own boiled eggs). Great coffee, tea bags available but if you are from the UK why haven’t you packed some of your own? if you are wanting self important, look at me I’m so special then pay more somewhere else but if you want an honest, good clean, somewhat quirky hotel with friendly English speaking staff, close to the airport - this is the place.

Being only one tram stop from airport helped to remove anxiety about dealing with Bordeaux's horrendous rush hour traffic. Quirky interior design but still fun. Breakfast is great value. Staff very helpful and easy. The "Eat Salad" restaurant is a 4 minute walk away and great healthy food at good prices and open late. Other close restaurants are closed or junk.

Tram is 2 minute walk away but 40 minutes to downtown core. Few good local restaurants if you're a healthy eater (Eat Salad, close by)

Small plain rooms...but well designed for function and nothing dismal about them at all. Smart new bathroom. For the price...excellent value for money. Convivial communal areas...tasty and nourishing breakfast. Plenty of plants, grass and trees all around. Good team running the place..I think they must be proud of the standards they achieve.

A 2☆ hotel...basic but good...for what it is, nothing to complain about...and a plus is... it has real character in the communal areas.

Pleasant and efficient staff made for a trouble free check in. A clean and comfortable room with TV, plenty of electrical and usb sockets. Then en suite bathroom had a good shower (soap gel supplied in wall mounted dispensers). Although the room was small, it was perfectly adequate for our short stay.

We arrived quite late in the evening, (around 2300), directly from the airport but the café and bar were closed, although there was complementary lemon water available in the foyer. It would have been nice to relax with a drink after our journey. No lift was available, (not applicable to us, we were on the ground floor), We did see people struggling to carry their cases up and down the stairway to the upper rooms.

Very short stay overnight following a late flight in and left first thing in the morning to travel on, so didn't really use much of the facilities. But great location, friendly staff, super clean and fresh. Like the environmental/sustainable focus. Bar/games areas looked nice if we were there for longer - festoon lights looked welcoming alongside other more bland hotels. Fantastic for tram into Bordeaux station right outside the door. Good value for money.

One only request would be to have a second pillow , which I'm sure I could have asked for, but as we arrived so late, decided not to follow up at that time of night. So in these circumstances, would be good just to have in the room (there was a spare blanket)
