I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay (1-2 nights ). The staff that I encountered were very polite, professional and friendly. They spoke English very well and put up with my terrible French. The room was small.but perfect, and the interior decoration was a good standard. The bathroom was also very good. The breakfast was nice and enjoyable with a good selection of fruit, yoghurt, pastries and bread and meat. The restaurant was closed for my stay. I would definitely stay here again, I walked from and to the airport, but there is a tram that is just one stop away. I also took the tram to Bordeaux. The tram stop is directly outside the hotel.

Perfect location for the airport - very convenient and easy. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly with an excellent standard of English - so much more helpful than some French citizens I have encountered! They also directed me to a nearby bistro where I had a lovely evening meal.

The coffee machine in the room is specifically aimed at French people who like espresso. I would like there to have been provision for cafe au lait and English tea, if possible. It seemed odd that the hotel restaurant is open only Monday to Thutsday for evening meal.

The hotel is very convenient for the airport and was perfectly fine for one night. The room & bathroom were clean, comfortable and modern.

The main entrance/lobby to the hotel looks very tatty, tired and dated. This should be refreshed as it is the first thing you see as you enter the hotel and it does not give a good first impression. The actual hotel rooms have clearly been recently updated, so hopefully the lobby will soon follow. The towels in our room were very thin, old, worn out and grey in colour, which was disappointing. There was a coffee machine, but no creamer or milk provided. The room is very small, but fine for one night.

Comfortable beds, good shower. Excellent location right across the street from the tram and just one stop from the airport.

1) The restaurant was closed on Sunday even though the website said it would be open. 2) The air conditioning was associated with Bluetooth and the receptionist never explained how to use it so we sweltered. It would be nice to have a printout with these instructions and also for the wifi password ( which we had to call down to reception to get. Reception was pleasant enough but not informative.

Ideal for a late night arrival from Bordeaux airport. There is a tram that passes the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Amazing choice and good value. The receptionist on the morning of 16th October was exceptionally helpful. She wrote down exactly how to get into Bordeaux and then back to the airport. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Now for a confession. Despite the breakfast sign saying: Food for consumption in the restaurant, not take away, I couldn't resist a pain au chocolat for later. However, waiting for the tram, an elderly woman was searching the bins ( for food?) So I paid it forward and gave her my extra pastry. Who knows what her story is...:-(

Apologies for being a Brit, (not my fault I was born in the UK) but my heart belongs in France. However, the need for a cuppa ( tea) is ingrained so a kettle in the room would have been good. Also, I was surprised to pay 4.50 Euros for a small bottle of water?

The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and efficiently put together. The AC worked wonders with 37°C outside. The breakfast was small, yet it was delicious. Nothing to complain about!

If you're staying longer than one or two nights, I'd suggest going into the city instead to find a hotel. The tram can take a long time! Only thing about the room was that my extra large double bed was two singles put together, which ended up in me between the two beds a few times.

It was a small room, but everything is clearly well thought out and works as it should. Great design. For a stop over, it couldn't have been better. Plus the staff were so welcoming and friendly. They were terrific. Also just one tram stop from the airport, yet there was hardly any noise. Very clean and modern, but very affordable - loved it.

It would have been good if the restaurant was open on a Friday and Saturday night. It seems a bit odd! But everything else was just great.

Couldn't fault other than the rooms were a little on the small size, the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on, just right! The shower was a treat, with double heads to choose from. Everything needed was provided, coffee machine, hairdryer etc. The food menu, plenty to choose from, and the food was lovely, breakfast was good too, good choice including scrambled eggs and bacon, friendly attentive staff, one of the best hotels we've stayed in, on our trips too and from Spain.

Just the rooms were a little on the small size, that's it.

We enjoyed a drink the afternoon after our group of 5 arrived. Dinner in the hotel was quite good (especially enjioyoyed the summer pea soup and iles flottantes) and reasonably priced. The staff of 3 worked together to wait on everyone at dinner, inside and out (a nice terrace with tables for dining).

Confusion with front desk staff over when the tram started running in the morning. We had a little trouble ordering a taxi and then discovered the tram was working at 4am.

The facilities in the bedroom and bathroom were extremely good. Recently renovated, the facilities were fresh and clean. The positioning of sockets and mirrors was excellent. The lighting for drying hair and applying makeup was excellent.

We were disappointed that when we took our breakfast, certain dishes had not been replenished. As we were finishing our breakfast fresh bread was brought into the restaurant. The choice is extensive and good to see that local producers are being supported
