Perfect location near airport Rooms are very large, clean and the beds are comfortable

During the check in the staff did not know how to speak even the basics of the English Shame for such a nice hotel located 5 minutes drive from the airport You should know the basics of English! Breakfast is very weak for €12 per person, we ordered fruit that we did not receive (unprofitable) The air conditioner was not working

Pleasant reception area. Pleasant staff. Large quiet room with opening window. Location very near tram stop. Only two stops from the airport. TV had English BBC 2 channel available Coffee making facilities plus kettle though no milk supplied Perfect stopover for only 6 hours to lie down and relax prior to a flight late in the evening. 10 minute walk to Aldi Definitely worth booking ahead for only EUR 53 Had a bath as well as a shower.

No milk was supplied for hot beverages even though a kettle is there. The receptionist told us they only supply milk at breakfast! Difficult to locate. They need to make it clear that the Cerise Merignac reception is within Hotel M and Spa. Taxi drivers know Hotel M&Spa but haven't heard of Cerise. Just head for Hotel M & Spa.

the staff overall was quite co operative . especially the receptionist and the staff in the restaurant. the rooms were a nice size . and for me the location was perfect as i had to play a squash tournament and it was just 15 min walk from the club and 2 min walk from the tram stop.

cleaning ppl came into our room twice earlyish in the morning around 9. the carpets are slightly old . but overall . great value for money.

Location which was close to Cadera tram stop....5 mins to airport and 30 mins to city centre.

Why was I charged a deposit ?? I pointed out that as a 72 year old man, my days of getting drunk and throwing the TV out of the window were all behind me ! First time ever in the world.....and have travelled to over 40 countries have I both prepaid for a room and asked for a Euro100 deposit. It left a sour taste.

easy to book in, the room was on the ground floor. Also the bathroom was clean and excellent. The bed was very comfortable. I would certainly use this hotel again.

There was wifi, but I was not given the access code. I was surprised but was too tired to enquire. there was some confusion as to the name of the hotel. several taxi drivers did not recognise the name of the hotel, but took me to the address given.

The location so close to the airport makes for a quick getaway especially if you have an early flight. The hotel is modern, spotless and has great facilities. The A tram line station is only a hundred meters away. 2 stops to the airport and the other direction the center of town. So convenient. Great hotel.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was fine and the shower was great. Good to have a fridge and microwave. Swimming pool was good with comfy sunloungers.

It would have been so much better if plates, mugs and cutlery were provided. There was plenty of empty cupboard space! We only had two flimsy paper cups and nothing else, so it defeats the object of providing a microwave.

Modern. Clean. Fairly quiet.

Desk staff absent when we left, when we wanted to check that payment had definitely been made! Very early departure start meant no breakfast was possible, but also no alternatives were offered, such as a small packed mini breakfast, as we have often had in other places.

Exceptionally comfortable room and very helpful front desk staff in the morning who advised us about transport in the area which saved us a lot of time. The room had great block out curtains to help sleep and very comfortable beds.

It had everything I needed for an excellent stay. Restaurant was lovely

The cutlery was a bit short and I think some tea and coffee facilities could have been topped up
