For a one night stay Vacanceole expects a 300€ security deposit guarantee. You need to make your own bed. Instructions are left regarding checkout including tidying up and taking out the garbage. On returning the keys the receptionist still wanted to return to the property and check everything over! As already mentioned, it seems that Vacanceole does not cater for overnight stays and their marketing needs to adapt if they are genuinely interested in competing with hotels and Airbnb.

Close to the highway

The pool closed way too early, and not announce on the site. It was super hot, after a long ride we were looking forward to it. Big downside to it. 2 sleeping rooms but only one fan!

Still not resolved after weeks of waiting Send refund by return !!! On arrival we were charged extra for bed linen and towels which, according to [link removed]s website was suppose to be included in the original price we paid. This was pointed out to the apartments management and half way through the week they agreed that they had made a mistake and agreed to repay the excess charge. However it was stated,inexplicably, that a credit card repayment could not be made and it would have to be through a bank! Trustingly bank details were given but within an hour, the Bank account was attempted to be Scammed !!!! To date no refund has been received ? Why hasn’t this refund been returned to the Credit Card in full ? If the refund is paid through the bank account, who is paying the currency fluctuation and the bank charges? The whole episode is a poor experience with both [link removed]and Vacancéole - Le Domaine d'Enserune. To be put a position of being Scammed is to tally unacceptable !!

I would love to write smth in this section, but there's nothing in my head :(

1. It is not the hotel, hostel or smth else. It seems to be slightly renovated horse houses or barracks. I was living in the "room" without windows. It was mentioned in the description that there's no a/c unit. But i haven't idea it could have no windows. The air was +37°C. 2. If you read questions-answers, you could find that late check-in is possible. But after they charge the amount for booking, you will get a call, that you need to provide the card data for taking the deposit 300 eur, to ensure keeping the rules of the place. Of course, i got the deposit back after check out, during 1 hour. But!!! When i sent the card details, it was impossible to reach reception by phone during 2 hrs. I was almost sure it was some kind of fraud. 3. Shortly about the rules. You have to pack all bed sheets to special bags. You have to sweep the floor, wash the dish etc. Actually, you have to provide all cleaning service. I've never met such "conviniences".
