In the apartment there was everything you needed and everything was working properly. The room was very clean and pleasant. In particular, we appreciate the presence of the iron equipment (iron+bench) that is not common. The staff provided an additional chair for dining together with my wife and also an additional blanket

A suggestion could be to provide an additional chair as a standard in the apartment. The shower was working properly but the hand shower head was too loose and difficult to fasten. At check-out, we had some discussion about the tax payment. We paid taxes at check-in, but, at check-out, they asked for a huge additional payment claiming for a recent new law. We didn't discuss a lot because we had to take the plane, but we pointed out that we should have been warned about an additional payment at check-in and not at the last moment. In addition, I think that also calculation was wrong and we had paid more than due.

Great location; really nice neighbourhood. Reception staff really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room very clean. It was smaller than we expected and would be a real squash for 4 adults; it was sufficient for us travelling as a couple with our teenager. Plenty of towels and extra pillows. Decent size fridge and little freezer. Short taxi ride from the airport - we used uber and it was E35 (would have been E39 to do it on the metro/ train).

Only two coffee mugs for an apartment for 4 people. Only 2 toilet rolls provided for a 5 night stay; we had to ask for toilet roll from reception which felt a little embarrassing (don't feel we should need to provide own in a hotel). Windows in the room don't open and we couldn't get the temperature of the room below 20 degrees so we didn't sleep the best.

Clean, safe, air conditioning, very comfortable beds, good, very well equipped kitchenette, proper what looks like fire safe doors with very secure latch on inside to lock from within. Good bathroom with large magnifying mirror. Green and calm area but still not too far out

Thé weekly cleaning is good, cleaners very professional and nice but got impression that they have many rooms to clean and very little time. Reception but hit and miss, most extremely helpful and professional and some did not seem to want to be there or communicate at all.

We experienced amazing hospitality and such kind, welcoming staff, especially David, who truly went the extra mile for us. He was incredibly kind and helpful when we had a late flight and needed to leave our baggage at the hotel. We felt so cared for. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the kitchenettes. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the tram and just a short walk from the metro station. There’s also a lovely little bakery around the corner if you’re not having breakfast at the hotel. Highly recommended!

The air conditioning is centralised, so you don’t have much control over the room temperature, which might be a concern for light sleepers or those sensitive to temperature changes. Also, the carpets in the hallway could use a bit of freshening up.

Really nice staff, managed to get an early check in but otherwise would have kept our bags in the luggage room so we could tour the city. Room was clean and kitchen equipment was useful to make breakfast or even dinner etc. 20 minute journey to Gare Du Nord by Metro 5 from Porte De Pantin (which is about 5-8 minutes walk depending on how long your legs are). Well connected to other routes to get into the city & also they have access to underground parking in a building nearby (charge a fee)

The windows don’t open due to the highway but the air conditioning definitely works well & I’ve been going here for approximately 10 years on an annual and never had an issue.

The hotel was ok.

The staff at the front desk was VERY VERY MEAN and UNPROFESSIONAL AND WICKED! I got to the hotel earlier and requested to pay for an early check-in. The front desk staff bluntly told me that I needed to pay in EUR. I had USD. I also had a PAID reservation for 8 days. I asked that she should hold the USD(even in excess) and let me check in then after refreshing I would go change the money from USD to EUR. The last time I checked, USD is an international currency! I was literally shivering, hungry and exhausted from the long flight time but she refused to bulge! I had to wait many hours at the reception for the check-in time because I didn't even know my way around. I will never use this hotel and would never recommend it. Thank you.

Location was great for Zenith. Close to underground, tram stops, and buses. Choices of groceries and restaurants all close by, but location still quiet and not disruptive in the night. Very clean, nicely presented hotel. Excellent for the price point. Well equipped kitchenette. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Clean, modern bathrooms. Large bath with centre plug (so you aren't sitting or standing on it!!). Little to no noise heard inside the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Whilst the location is outside "central" paris for tourism, I'd stay here again knowing it's good quality and quiet, and get the metro in easily ☺️

Only gripe was that, upon booking, I had specified twin beds (friends travelling together) and, if possible, to pair the rooms together. They put us on the same floors, but opposite ends of the corridor, and in king-size bed rooms. When we returned down, another member of staff was able to allocate us twin rooms after all, and put us next to each other. So slightly miffed that this had been requested, but not done, and another member of staff was able to easily solve this for us. The rest of our stay was great otherwise :) so I guess reiterate any special requests at check in as they may not be picked up on when booking on here.

I was sceptical at first because of what was written in this website but every thing is fals, I had been in this hotel for seven days with a two years old baby, it was Nice, the staffs are very polite, the breakfast is good i like especially the fresh orange juice, the place is far from the center but very easy for transportation , I tell you bad thing that was witten about the straff is wrong, i dont know What people expect from a hotell if the service good !

I know about the hotel cleaning policy but I think it is better if cleaning materials are in the rom. You Can clean your self if materials are available.
