The hotel is small but very cozy and beautiful. The staff were excellent, and the cleaning was done to a high standard. The front desk team did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. There were only four rooms on our floor, so it was truly quiet. The toiletries provided in the room were of very good quality, the bed was comfortable, and the view of the quiet street from the window was a nice bonus. And the biggest advantage – the location! This neighborhood is nice and beautiful, and the hotel is close to metro stations and convenient to get to from the train station.

There was some renovation work going on in a nearby building, but since we woke up quite early, it wasn’t a big issue.

New Hotel Republique is in the perfect location with easy access to the metro, lots of great bars, restaurants and boulangerie just around the corner within Republique. Also super close to the canal and close to trendy areas like Le Marais and Oberkampf. The area feels safe and the hotel is located on a quieter street (despite some local building works). All the staff were super friendly and professional. The style of the room was lovely and we enjoyed being able to look onto the street. We would definitely return.

Although the room and bathroom felt spacious, worth noting the toilet was in a small room and anyone with long legs may struggle for privacy. This was the only slight down side to our stay.

Great location - close to République but out of the way on a quite side street. So many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. A lovely 15-20 walk to get to the Marais and some of Paris’ most iconic spots. The room and the hotel are nicely decorated! Very comfortable bed! I also appreciate a separate toilet. After living in Paris for 7 years, this is a quirk I appreciate :) Staff were very friendly! This hotel solidly delivers especially considering the price per night compared to others. Rapport quality/prix est top !

The shower/sink area being connected was not ideal as water went everywhere. I had to make sure I didn’t need the sink again before I showered or everything would be wet. Rooms are small, but this is Paris :)

The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and the neighborhood itself is full of life and lots to see and do. There are two metro stations nearby. The room itself was good for sleeping in and relaxing, great heating and the beds, especially the pillows and comforter, were very cozy; great after a long day out walking. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

A little odd having the shower and bathroom as you enter the room and when showering the water does go under the glass door (to remedy this just point the shower head towards the back of the shower and rinse that way as well, it works great and prevents water from going under the glass door).

The staff at the reception desk were so polite and attentive, made me feel welcome and were helpful with any questions. The location was excellent—right next to the subway, which made getting around the city very convenient. I bought my tickets easily via the Bonjour RATP app, which was super handy. I was able to check in a few hours early, which was a nice bonus. Despite its compactness, the room was spotless, and the bathroom and shower were fantastic—modern and functional. The bed was a good-sized double and very comfortable, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch for a great night’s sleep.

I was given a very small room on the 1st floor, which was fine as she let me check in earlier and she let me know the room was on the 1st floor and quite small and I agreed and said that I’m fine with this as I was only staying for one night, I didn’t mind too much, but it’s worth noting that the room would not be suitable for two travelers due to its size. It was very very cosy, but this was not too much of an issue!

The location was amazing, such a romantic and beautiful part of Paris! The best part for me was that it didn't feel touristy or too crowded. Tons of great restaurants, bars, and bakeries nearby, and close to several subway lines. The hotel itself is on a quiet side street but near to everything. The breakfast was small but lovely and quite tasty. Staff were so nice, rooms were very clean.

The free wifi was very weak, constantly dropping out. I was not able to call home from inside the hotel. Also the rooms are not super sound-proofed any my room faced the street, so I was glad I had brought some earplugs. Rooms were small but had most things one needs. I wish the rooms had also had a small refrigerator, but I visited in April and could just put a bottle of wine on the windowsill to chill lol so it was fine.

My stay here was absolutely lovely. The place is very well located to metro, nice neighborhood, and very friendly staff that provide very thoughtful ameneties. Diverse great quality options for breakfast, pretty decor throughout the hotel (they have a Great Gatsby look), and very comfortable rooms. I honestly wish I had found this place earlier in my Paris stay, I ended up extending my stay with them. Definitely bookmarked as a hotel to return to next time I'm in Paris.

The staff reception is really awesome , from the moment i checked in to the moment i checked out , they were helpful and willing to answer you any time . Waleed from the front desk was a very helpful guy . The Hotel looks like an old boutique hotel though neat and good . Most of the day there is water , muffins and food around . The location of the hotel is good if you are willing to use the metro , the area the hotel in is a quite and friendly one and the hotel is a walking distance to 2 local markets with fresh food around . The room was fine , i believe it was a standard room with a small balcony to the street , it was neat and nice anyway.

The Toilet door was a transparent glass in my room , so it is not that privacy you wish to have with yourself when the nature calls. The cleaning of the room wasn't good , especially the bathroom where stains from my toothpaste or my wife's make up were still there on the sink uncleaned .

What a beautiful hotel! The room was dramatic and gorgeous. The bed was so comfortable and the curtains made it so dark I could have easily slept through the lovely noon check out time. I accidentally made our reservation on the following day and the reception person fixed it so fast, my husband didn't even know there had been a problem! Thank you for a beautiful place to rest!
