I had a smooth and pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were on time with no issues. The room was comfortable and felt secure, and the housekeeping service, especially towel replacement, was consistent and tidy. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly—they even provided a luggage scale and let me store my bags after checkout, which I really appreciated. Overall, a hassle-free and comfortable experience.

The only downside was the noise—there was little to no soundproofing, and I could hear people snoring in the neighbouring rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Alyss Hotel ! I especially like the breakfast time, because the staff was lovely and the food was great ! Overall the room was very nice and clean with enough space for my two suitcases ! I was sad to not enjoy the small balcony but glad he was there ! Also the hotel is very close from nice restaurants and walking distance (25 minutes) to the Eiffel tower.

My only issue with my stay was the bathroom as when I took a shower the whole bathroom would get wet. Also, the faucet of the sink was not well adjusted and it was not practical to wash hands !

My stay at Alyss Saphir Cambronne Eiffel was a beautiful part of my Paris journey. The hotel was excellent — very clean, with 24-hour service, and ideally located near metro stations. It took me only a 20-minute walk to reach the Eiffel Tower, which was a wonderful bonus. What truly made my stay memorable was the amazing staff. Every single team member, without exception, was respectful, kind, and helpful. I especially want to thank Sabrina and Jarwat, who I interacted with the most. Their professionalism and warmth — along with the hospitality of the hotel manager — truly enhanced my experience. Alyss Hotel wasn’t just accommodation, it was part of the joy of discovering Paris. Highly recommended!

The property is located at the center of Paris very close to Eiffle Tower near about 20 mins walk that means you can walk to eiffel tower at night to see to lighting. You've access to bus, train, local groceries & restaurants etc in just walking distance.

Though the overall cleanliness is fine but I find few things that the management should take care.. like door handles, plugs, toilet hukes etc are very loose.. I've reported it and they also noted it but was not fixed during my stay.. Hopefully will be done after I left.

Very clean room and bathroom that was cleaned daily. Reception staff very helpful and friendly . Hotel is in safe area with metro stops nearby for travelling around Paris.

Only a small thing , the lift is tiny ! There was roadworks being carried on outside the hotel, but that’s got nothing to do with the hotel, and when finished it’ll probably add to the area.

We loved the location. Also, the windows opened so we could get fresh air. It was located on a busy street, but it didn’t bother me and my daughter. If you shut the windows, it doesn’t sound very loud to us. But we did leave the windows opened a little bit for fresh air. I believe this hotel has air conditioning. I think we used it very briefly the first day to cool the room down a little bit, but we didn’t really need it because it was nice weather when we were staying at this hotel. The room was small but it was still efficient for us. The Bathroom was really good and had a tub. We didn’t use it, but it’s nice to know it has one. The location was great and we were able to walk to the metro subways we needed. There are grocery stores, laundromats and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Firstly, the staff was really nice and welcoming. We came early and he told us that we can leave or luggage and go see the city. The room was small, but that wasn't an issue at all, what else do you need besides bed and shower. Shower was really big. It was quiet and noone was disturbing us.

Only thing the hotel should change is - hair dryer. It's old and if you have long hair, you will probably need some time to get your hair done. It does the job, it just takes longer time.

It was a good location, close to metro and the tower. We chose it due to the price and because we wanted to be able to walk to the tower to see it during the day and night. The customer service was really good We arrived earlier than check in time and was just going to store our luggage but Jerome said he had the room ready and he had given us one with a balcony as requested. We had breakfast included and it was a nice little spread each morning to start our day. All of the front desk staff were lovely and very accommodating. We loved Sabrina, she was so beautiful!

It’s in a safe and pretty neighborhood! Close to restaurants and cafes and also the metro line that takes you to all the major attractions without having to switch! Hotel staff was amazing and kind and air conditioner was a life saver during the heat wave! The rooms are small but that’s Paris! It felt like a very authentic Parisian boutique hotel experience.

Comfy beds and lining, extremely nice personnel, decent breakfasts. I'd like to say THANK YOU and warmest greetings to the nicest guy at the reception - Javakartu? (I'm very sorry,I definitely misspelled this name!) - he was super responsive, always smiling and helpful with his recommendations around Paris. A lady at the breakfasts was very nice too, her kind smile and attitude gave us a proper start of the day! On the 1st night it was rather cold in our room (5 floor), but the problem was solved immediately with the heater delivered to us. In total, the full impression about the hotel was good. We'll probably choose it again for the next trips to Paris.
