Our stay was for 6 nights. Hotel staff were friendly. Extremely good location, very close to the metro station. Unfortunately, there was a lot of dust and dirt in the closet and under the bed. It seems also weird to me not to send anyone to change the towels and take out the trash at least once every 3 days. Additionally, we had to take out the trash at the end of the stay to avoid a penalty of 20 euro. It would be also nice to make more toilet paper available from the start. We had to ask for some more twice. It is nice that from 12:00 to 21:00 you can get any hot drink (coffee, tea) for free from the hotel lobby.

Good location. Apartment was very simple but everything we needed. Provided a base to explore the city and work as needed. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Most of the apartment was very clean but there were some details that had been missed, for example the towel radiator had hair and dirt on it which seems to have built up over a long time. The bed was very comfortable but one of the pillows was lumpy. From the photos, we expected something a bit more cosy and charming - this place was not that. However, once we entered the room and readjusted our expectations, the place did everything we needed, even if it did have the parisienne charm we had hoped for.

It’s a great value for Paris and the size of the room. It’s bare bones but in a quiet neighborhood and the room is updated. Don’t expect any frills but for a couple or someone with a child or two, it’s ideal. Not far from metro station, and Aldi grocery store, and quiet. I sought a calm neighborhood and that’s what I got. I’d stay there again happily.

They seem to nickel and dime you. Cleaning is extra. Breakfast is exorbitant. Just keep that in mind though and tidy up after yourself. I didn’t like the smell of the shampoo, body wash thing in the shower.

We had a wonderful stay at this aparthotel in Paris. The neighborhood is very quiet, even at night, and our apartment overlooked the Père Lachaise cemetery, which made it extremely peaceful. There's a metro stop just steps away, and another one for a different line about 10 minutes on foot. Nearby, you'll find shops, a gym, and a boulangerie. We stayed in a clean, well-equipped one-bedroom apartment, perfect for four people. We prepared breakfasts and other meals there comfortably. The hotel offers breakfast for an extra fee, but we didn’t try it. A great feature was the water dispenser (still and sparkling), perfect for refilling your own bottles — a real plus in Paris! Another thoughtful touch is the free hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate) available from 12 PM to 9 PM, and sometimes leftover pastries from breakfast. Overall, this was an excellent accommodation — convenient for public transport, quiet, and with a great quality-price ratio. I highly recommend it!

The only two minor downsides were that the sofa bed squeaked a little, and that cleaning service is not provided for shorter stays — it would have been nice to have at least one light cleaning included.

Very clean. Reception staff were very helpful, volunteering to charge our phone and store luggage for a few hours after we checked out. Fully met our requirements for inexpensive accommodation for a 2-night stay. Across the street from Pere Lachaise cemetery wall, and a 3 minute walk to the main cemetery entrance. Less than 2 minute walk from Philippe Auguste Metro station, on line 2, which, for Eurostar travellers, is a direct journey from Gare du Nord (below level connecting walkway to La Chapelle station, then 8 stops). Quick Metro journey to the main sights. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Breakfast was delicious and they had just enough. It’s not a huge selection but it’s all you need. I loved the 24/7 fresh cold water machine next to reception as well as the coffee machine. I drank so many hot chocolate’s I nearly turned into one haha The rooms are incredibly spacious. The beds are sooo comfy and it is a peaceful area - zero disruption I felt very safe and relaxed The staff are very friendly. We do not speak French but they were very helpful and accommodating

They could be faster at restocking the croissants and juice at breakfast - also the lady making the breakfast was not helpful in telling us what to do. She saw us and did not address us or bring out clean trays and dishes on our first morning. Luckily, there were already some laid out on day 2. I asked for something special for my nephews birthday but they did not do anything to the room when we arrived. I wasn’t too upset but I was expecting something as they did reply to my request saying they would see what they can do

Last moment I booked this hotel room due to other room I booked in booking.com was fake. Overall the hotel management was very supportive they tired to help lot of directions to visit the places etc...

Nothing much overall I liked this room and hotel and I can recommend to others even I will rebook if I visit again. somethink it make bit of unhappy like cleanness, they only cleans weekly. we stayed in 3 nights so we did our self like room floor or kitchen cleaning.

Great location in calm area with cafés, restaurants and supermarket. Close to metro and easy to go to the city center, gare du nord and gare d’est for example. Good space for four. Clean and good with a fridge etc

The sofabed was a bit laydowned but worked for the kids. No AC which we knew, but it would be a good update for warm days (they had fans but they only helped so much on a +35 c day). No coffee/te on the room and only available for free from noon in reception.

Very spacious, clean, bright, well equipped room, bathroom and kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect: quiet, peaceful area. Easy access to the city centre, metro one minute away. It is close to the former Roquette Prisons (remains of the guillotine), as well as being located right next to Père-Lachaise Cemetery.

There was not much choice at breakfast. You have to be very careful with the tops of the pitchers when pouring drinks, as they can easily spill.

Location - close to metro 24/7 front desk staff - reassuring! Great facilities! I like the free hot drinks too :)

It would be useful to have some basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil) as it was frustrating having to buy a large amount for such a short stay! An extractor fan above the hob would be useful as the flat becomes not very fresh after cooking.
