The hotel boasts a fantastic location, close to numerous landmarks and conveniently near Metro Line 10. Although the internet connection in our assigned room was weak, the reception staff promptly offered us an alternative room. The staff was also very helpful in guiding us through the metro system. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk from an award-winning croissant patisserie—highly recommended!

The room sizes vary, so if you prefer a more spacious one, it's worth noting during booking. The cleanliness could be improved, and while a kettle with instant coffee is provided, the lack of an in-room coffee machine is a downside.

The bed was a good size and the A/C worked well. No problems going up and down with the elevator. Room was well kept. Lots of places to plug-in and WiFi was reliable. There is a tax stand around the corner, restaurants are all around. The Monoprix (supermarket) is a short walk a few blocks away. Notre-Dame Cathedral is right across the bridge. The front desk is always manned.

The toilet was a bit narrow and there was no room to hold tp other than the shelf behind you. My obese frame was a tight fit.

The staff and location are the best reasons to stay here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable - the lovely lady who checked us in found us a room early, after a very long day of travel - we were most appreciative! All staff were attentive and friendly. The 24 hour reception was a great feature. The rooms are a bit quirky - this is a very, very old building, and they've done their best to convert into functional rooms whilst still retaining character. If you want a room with a shower, then ask for one when you book - however even rooms with a bathtub come equipped with a shower nozzle, so we were fine with our bathtub room. The rooms were on the smaller side but fine for us as a traveling couple. The location is amazing. - restaurants, cafes, fromageries, the metro and supermarkets within easy walking distance - and the Notre Dame Cathedral literally around the corner. We'd stay here again, based on staff and location alone. A lovely little Latin Quarter hotel.

they were able to accommodate our request to be across the hall from friends- they were able to accommodate our early check in and request for a bathtub as well! the off the main street location was perfect for noise and the staff was so helpful, happy and friendly. Their cordial smiles were a great way to start each day!!

our room was fine, but the twin bed mattresses pushed together was a little uncomfortable. our friends room didn't have a trash can, coffee cups or the hot water pitcher with coffee, tea, etc, but ours was always stocked!

Perfect location, convenient access to transportation, but tucked away on a quiet side street. Every one of the staff we encountered was beyond charming and helpful. Our room was cleaned and tidied to perfection daily. As we were on the fourth floor, we found the elevator to be a plus.

On our first encounter with the shower, we came close to flooding the bathroom floor. We reported the slow drain, but probably solved the problem ourselves by lowering the water pressure. Also, there was ample hot water, but it did take a while to reach the bathroom plumbing.

Staff was amazingly kind and considerate. Breakfast was nice. There's a nice Italian place right across the narrow street if you're tired of sightseeing and need a place that's close. Several bus lines nearby and Metro is just a bit further. Entrance to Notre Dame is less than five minutes away. City maps are available in the lobby.

View would have been nice, but I think we were assigned a room on the first floor because of my husband's disability -- which was kind and considerate. So not really a complaint.

Staff were absolutely exceptional. Helped us with getting to the hotel through emails and quick responses, very friendly with each interaction. Very good English which was extremely helpful to us as our first time travelling to France with very limited French - gave us tips of where things were and what to do etc. 24hour hotel - brilliant to be able to go in and out as we pleased. Location was perfect - 5/10 mins walk from the RER B metro - on the door step of beautiful shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, but on a smaller alley which meant it wasn’t loud outside. 10 min walk for the Louvre Museum, couple streets behind the riverfront and 45 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Value for money - 10/10.

The only complaint would be that the bathroom door didn’t shut properly and did not have a lock. No extractor fan in the bathroom.

Amazing proximity to Notre Dame! Staff is wonderful, welcoming, and very attentive. Street is quiet and steps away from all the action but felt like a quiet corner of a busy neighborhood. Nice sized room and comfortable. Loved the exposed rocks on the bathroom wall.

The WC was a little too small and the shower was a little humbling for two Americans who are used to a traditional overhead shower head, but both were functional.

This was a short trip to visit the re-opened Notre-Dame and the hotel's location was ideal. We enjoyed a warm welcome from all staff, a comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. We were able to shorten our stay (due to prior illness) by 24 hours without difficulty.

The bedroom and en-suite wet room were just a bit too compact for us but were serviced perfectly for us each morning. The size of the room would not be such a problem for lithe guests.

Answering multiple questions including replacing room supplies, directions and local recommendations. Thank you again! Room was incredibly quiet. Never heard another guest (although saw them in the lobby!). Location was ideal - walking, buses and metro were steps away.

Took some time to adjust to the room size - we had large suitcases and are not small people. Definitely a small space - all necessities provided.
