It’s an average hotel. We were met with a very negative reception from a gentleman called Archibald. The gentleman told us that check-ins are at 4pm only and that he would check us in at 2pm free of charge as a gift. I have been to hotels in 58 countries and more than 200+ cities never heard in my life such nonsense He was very rude in answering any questions and seemed to hate his job. It was not the best welcome, but overall the hotel is average and has good house keeping and calling service they were fast Location is not great, but rooms are clean. Wouldn’t come back again but not a terrible stay I would say 3.5/5

They have a bidet! This is the best part about the hotel. Their garden is beautiful, as well. You could sit there and enjoy the peace that it offers. Also, half of the rooms have their view on the garden. The room uses high quality materials. The staff are generally great. Friendly, also. We arrived early (around 10h00) and they kept our bags safely with them. They also gave us a room around 14h00-15h00. An hour earlier than their regular check-in gladly. The hotel location is great. 10 minutes or less from champs and from Arc de Triomphe.

The room honestly felt smaller than 30 square metres. I am not saying it isn’t the size mentioned; it just felt smaller. The cleaning team (although they did a good job in organising the bed and cleaning the toilet); they did not arrange their facilities. Sometimes, we will return the iron board before we leave. Other times, we rush and we don’t. Nonetheless, when we return, it will be in its same position.

The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, and had an iron with an ironing board. The staff were very polite and friendly and eager to help make your stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was rich and breakfast start time was early, which was good for early risers. The location made getting around easier and you could easily get a taxi from the front of the hotel. My son and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

The bathroom was nice but small and had a bathtub, but I wanted a shower. The staff were happy to change our room to that which had a shower only but I chose to remain in our room as the new room had a nice larger bathroom with a shower, but the room size was smaller.

I stayed at Hotel do Colecionador Paris for almost a week during a work trip, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The hotel is charming and quiet, which made it easy to rest after long days. My room was clean, peaceful, and comfortable—perfect for someone who needs a calm place to work and recharge. It’s a pity that some areas of the hotel are still under renovation, especially the wellness area. There was no swimming pool available, and the gym had been temporarily moved to a smaller space, which might be fine for a short stay but felt a bit limited for a longer visit like mine. What truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was polite and helpful, especially the Portuguese girl at reception (I wish I remembered her name!). She was so kind and welcoming, and when she noticed I was Brazilian, she spoke to me in Portuguese, which made me feel even more at home. Thank you for the hospitality. It was a good stay, and I look forward to seeing how the hotel looks once the renovations are complete!

This is not my first stay at the hotel it might be the fourth or fifth time I usually recommend it for all my friends but this time their service was not to the standards at all, when they give me the room key I went up and the key didn’t work so I had to go back to the reception and wait till they are free to check the key.

Also at arrival I requested to have an extra bed which I didn’t get till I came back late at night and when I called to ask about it the guy at the reception was so rude and accused me that i didn’t give them the IDs of other guests which they didn’t ask for at time of my check in, then he said that it will cost me and I told him I know all hotels charge for an extra bed.

The room is very clean and cozy. Location: 10 minutes walk to triumphal arch, very centeted but quiet. Breakfast is fantastic! After four days' business, I changed my room because my family was coming. Surprisingly,I was selecetd as the “Guest of the Day” and the room was upgraded to the top floor. Those days UEFA had a meeting in the hotel so that I saw some securities were standing in that floor. But the activity did not bother us at all. The staffs are really friendly, helpful and very well organized. Thanks for the great treat!

Nothing, I love here. The only minor is at the first day, I found the water could not flow in the washing pool, but well fixed the day after.

Our bedroom was beautiful and spacious and our balcony with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible. The staff delivered welcome drinks and macarons to our room upon arrival, and the champagne we ordered on Valentine’s Day was delivered with rose petals and heart shaped chocolates — lovely touches!

Lovely hotel from start to finish - hotel staff were all very attentive and always on hand to help if needed. Great location in walking distance of a lot of the main attractions if you have never visited Paris before. Nice bar and food but not the cheapest.

Breakfast seemed a little expensive at 45 euro per person as a family of 4 we could not justify this. However overall a great stay.
