The room was clean and comfortable. Small but that seems to be the standard in Paris on the rooms within this price range. Amazing location and the staff on reception were helpful.

Last day we decided to purchase the breakfast and in my opinion, it is not worth it. No coffee available (the machine was broken since the previous day and when we purchased, I think the staff should have advised about it as we would probably not have purchased it). The staff by the breakfast was not very helpful either. Not much choice and would not recommend the breakfast in this hotel. Apart from that the hotel is good.

Pretty much everything. The staff immediately made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful. Unfortunately we had been grossly overcharged by the taxi that staff at the railway station had directed us to that brought us to the hotel, The hotel staff were very sympathetic, telling us that it was a scam. They arranged taxis for us on two further occasions without any further problems. The room and breakfast were both very nice.

Very little. I suppose if we had been staying for a week we might have liked a bigger room. The location was a little way away from the centre, but in an area full of character within walking distance of Pere Lachaise cemetery and on or near the route of frequent bus services to the tourist areas. Obviously the room size and location are reflected in the price and we certainly had no complaints.

Location is good, with good places for breakfast in the street, we like to go out so we can't comment on what's provided at the hotel. Our front of house person Marie Charlotte was fantastic she provided so much information everyday. Rooms are small so don't bring a huge case, but hey that's Paris ! It has a lift and that's a real bonus. Nice clean unique little hotel, I would return.

Lovely staff, amazing beautiful hotel. Our room was very beautiful and clean. Bed was super comfortable, AC working perfectly. Location of this hotel is amazing. It is in the center of the city, but not so touristy. Many lovely shops, restaurants, cafes around. We will be back for sure!

I don't really have any complaints. Maybe just that having a mini fridge in the room would have been perfect.

It is very clean and beautiful. I absolutely loved the bathroom, it had these lights that looked like stars. I’m now inspired for my future house. It was conditioned, the windows opened and there were plans in the balcony. It was honestly the cutest hotel I’ve been to. The staff was amazing as well. They were very friendly and welcoming and understanding of my little French. I felt very safe. Also loved the breakfast option.

Everything was close by and it was nice to see the renovation finished. They were still renovating when we were there 2years ago. We love the colourful deco and the staff is friendly and helpful. It think they had a great idea to put croissants and chocolate bread at the reception to grab either on the way out or back into the hotel, much appreciated by someone like me who doesn’t eat breakfast ☺️👍🏾

The elevator is very tiny, so a bit inconvenient when you have luggage 😏…

Hotel Equis by Elegance was a delightful hotel, one of the best we've stayed at. The location was ideal, near two different metro stops and several bus lines and still in a safe, authentic neighborhood with restaurants, pharmacies and services. The design concept is bold and well-done. Tons of color and fun accent like copper-pipe lighting. The fairy lights in the bathroom grout delighted my teen (hard to delight a teen!). The rooms are European-small but plenty big enough. The beds are comfy. We stayed there twice, one room in the back where we had absolutely no street noise. The room in the front was still very quiet unless you had the windows open. The best thing about the property was the staff. They were very hospitable, allowed me to speak either French or English. (Sometimes the French will only speak English to Americans.) When I got sick, they insisted on arranging a car service to the airport for me, and I was very grateful. When there was a problem with my in-room safe, they had it replaced within the day. The 24-hour coffee/hot chocolate machine is a nice touch. The elevator is typical tiny, but I was grateful for it after a long trip. There is a nice full breakfast available, but there is a lovely boulangerie just two doors down if you want a lighter option or want to pick up a picnic. The property is super clean. In short, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

First, we were really impressed by how nice the neighborhood was, we felt safe and comfortable. Not to mention the vast selection of chic bars, clubs and pastry shops nearby. Really close to metro and bus stations, you get wherever in the city center or to attractions quite fast (around 20 mins). Second, the room was extremely cozy and clean, well-thought design and overall configuration of the room. Cleaning was done everyday.

All the staff were really friendly, the room was quiet and easy to access on the ground floor (but they also had an elevator for higher floors). The room was nice, clean and cozy. We slept soundly every night - the black out curtains in the room was fantastic and the air conditioning functioned well. There were fresh towels every day and the bed was made which made it lovely to come back to. The location was a bit further out then expected but it wasn’t a loud neighbourhood and had wonderful food options nearby and close to lots of metro stations to easily get to all the tourist attractions. The front desk was staffed most hours and were helpful in answering any questions. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Stay here a couple of times a year. Location is tremendous, rooms are small but clean and nicely decorated and the beds are super comfy. Staff are lovely

The fire alarm went off at 6:30am because of something burning in the kitchen so that wasn’t ideal
