I have stayed 3 nights at Hotel Petit Lafayette with my daughter just a month ago. First of all, the hotel is very cute, clean, comfortable, well designed and close to metro (station: Cadet). The coffee machine in the room is a nice thought but we loved using the one in the breakfast section at any time of the day. I felt very secure even though I traveled alone with my 12 years old daughter. It is located in a nice neighbourhood with many markets and places to eat. You can find more than enough at breakfast, I recommend breakfast including stay. All of the staff are very warm and helpful. I loved talking to them and sharing our daily experiences. We had a special condition and they were very understanding. They even made my daughter smile with a lovely note and small presents. Special thanks to Gonzalo and Anaëlle for their kind interest. Great location and room, absolutely nothing to fault and the room better than in the pictures. But the most outstanding part of our stay was the team and service - I’ve never experienced such wonderful and genuinely kind customer service. I would stay here again in a heartbeat purely because of the experience they provided.

Good size room for a family of 4. Clean and comfortable. Well located

Confusion on airport transfer. Before arrival, I received an email message from the hotel confirming arrangements for my transfer to the airport. Last day of stay , they announced these hotel transfer arrangements would not be honoured because it was a trainee who committed to them and he/she got it wrong. Cost me an extra 76 euros to sort out. This was very disappointing and badly handled.

The location, the balcony, the view. A not tiny room is good. A separate toilet and a shower. Comfortable bad. Welcome champagne I ordered before the check in was amazing. Nice and polite staff. 15 minutes to Louvre, 25 minutes to everywhere, 35 minutes to the Eiffel tower on feet. Perfect!

Small and extremely slow elevator. Sometimes you think it broke but no, it is just very slow. A weird free water. Not bad, just weird. The restaurant on the street could be loud till late night. Just let you know. Despite that small things, the hotel is amazing.

This was our second stay and we were not disappointed. Well, really, the room we were put in was a bit more mundane than the previous stay (where I was alone) but it turned out to be quiet and the big couchy chairs were a real win. I love the location, it is more French business people and less tourists compared to a lot of Paris, so interesting restaurants with decent food. And very convenient to the trains and metro.

There was a bit of an issue with the breakfast room because it was so small and so many people had their (often for some reason sick) children in being very loud and sneezing and coughing. Fortunately we were able to take our breakfasts outside! But it wasn't bad the days I was working and got up at 7. But it would be nice if they put up signs asking people to be quiet and respectful of the other diners. Of course, it's great that the kids were enjoying themselves in Paris! But it would help to sometimes think of others. Particularly when it comes to coughing and sneezing in a small space.

Fantastic hotel. Our rooms were great. But the best thing were the staff. Unfortunately one of our party sustained a serious injury not far from the hotel (nothing to with the area or the hotel just an accident) the staff at the hotel organised and dealt with the emergency services for us and even though the hotel was fully booked they re-arranged things so that we could check out late, meaning we could wait in comfort before leaving Paris for the journey home. We are so grateful for the care and consideration they offered us. I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Petit Lafayette.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Reasonably quiet area within easy reach of the Metro and only 18mins walk to Gare de Nord. Plenty of bars/cafes/restaurant within walking distance. The room was a deluxe double and a good size with a great window/view onto the street. The bathroom was very small but perfectly adequate for a few nights. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast room was a bit small and got quite congested when full but a great choice of bakery items with eggs available too.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay.

The only minor downside was that the elevator was quite small, which could be inconvenient at times. However, this was not a major issue and did not take away from the overall positive experience.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. There was a nice wee balcony to sit out on with a nice view down into the street. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room we were in was compact, with the shower and the toilet in separate "cupboards" at either end of the bed and the hand basin at the foot of the bed. There wasn't sufficient room to open both our suitcases properly or hang towels up. It was fine for one night, but a bit of a squeeze.

The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite that was spacious for 3 adults - there were twin beds and a comfortable double sofa bed. The room was super clean with crisp, white bedding and towels. Toiletries and slippers a nice touch. We hadn't visit Paris before and didn't really research the hotel's location which was our only slight negative as while it is a walkable distance to the Sacre Coeur, a lot of other tourist sites are quite a distance away if travelling on foot.
