The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast,which we took out of the booking, was extremely delicious. All fresh and local products.

We had some problems with the door lock, but a man from the hotel explained it to us.

Such a charming little hotel in the heart of Paris - the location was fantastic. We stayed with our 2 children for a few nights and although the room was small, it was spotless and had a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. They also provided bottled water daily and tea/ coffee supplies. The breakfast was lovely - not extensive but the selection they did have was delicious. Finally the reception staff were very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was superb. The hotel lobby was very cozy and charming – I especially appreciated the pastries and water available there throughout the evening. A warm and welcoming atmosphere overall!

However, our double room was located right next to the lobby, and during the night we slept on the sofa in the front room. It was hard to sleep peacefully because we could hear the guests in the lobby – it felt almost like we were sleeping in the lobby itself. The children were in the back room and didn't hear anything, so they slept well.

fantastic little hotel 1 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe and 2 min walk from Champs Elysees. The metro station is 1 min walk, too. For Paris prices, it's an extremely good value for money. The reception staff was very friendly (not so much the staff at the breakfast, but that didn't bother us). We were allowed to check in 1 h earlier (no extra cost). The breakfast was good - not too much choice, but everything we wanted was there for a very good value for money. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is fabulous for exploring Paris. Very close to the Arc De Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a good coffee machine and water. Staff are friendly and helpful and you will find nice restaurants and bars close by. The metro is also just at the top of the street. This is our second stay at this hotel, and we will definitely stay here again.

We didn’t dislike anything... just remember that you will be required to pay a security deposit, which is fairly standard. If paid by card, this can take a few days to be returned.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. We were graciously allowed to check in early, and the receptionist who assisted us was both friendly and professional. She formed a wonderful connection with our daughter, impressing us by addressing her by name—a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated close to the Arc de Triomphe and just a short walk from the metro. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with amenities like a coffee machine and bottled water, leaving us completely satisfied. While the breakfast area was relatively small, which seems to be common in Paris hotels (even in higher-end establishments—we stayed at another 4-star hotel with a similarly small breakfast area), we found it hard to criticize. The lady attending the breakfast service worked tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly, and her dedication was commendable. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

WiFi is not stable, constantly dropping off connection even when connected . No, it wasn't my phone ! I was travelling/staying with a group of friends we each had the same experiences. Please fresh the reception team on local amenities e.g. nearest supermarket, not rely on their phone Google maps. I would expect staff to know these basics. One staff member sent my 2 friends up past Arc de Truimph, which was not just " 5 minutes away" and beyond. When it turns out, there is one on Ave. Du Rey the road running alongside hotel..That wasn't helpful.at all and wasted their time.

Amazing location - so close to everything - and a BOMB Chinese restaurant across the street! Also loved the included breakfast I opted for - fresh baked croissants, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, latte machine etc - great to fill up before heading out for a day of exploring Paris!

Room was VERY cramped - like I barely had room to open my luggage. Also hated the frosted glass bathroom door. Super awkward if you’re traveling with family members and not a significant other.

The best thing was that we got upgraded to a deluxe room which had a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc du Triomphe. It is really clean, and the hotel is small but very pretty. The metro passes right under it, but the noise wasn’t that uncomfortable to not be able to sleep. It’s like a 1-2 min walk to the Arc du Triomphe and some minutes more to the Champs Elysee. The metro and RER trains are within 1-2 min as well. All the staff is so nice, special shoutout at thanks to the very nice guy that was at the reception around 11am both on the 1st and the 2nd of December.

If you go to Paris, I cordialy suggest to stay in Hotel Plaza Etoile. Wonderful locarion and extrimly kind staf. In fact on this trip I experienced some difficulties with booking.com and I hope them to be solved. I was trying continually to reach the customer service, but it was hard and imposible. I had to cancel my previous booking for three people and to make reservation for two and booking.com charged me a penalty of 463euro, evenbthe hotel wrote to them not to include a cancalation fee. The hotel staf (Aleksander, Victor, a kind woman menager) have beem very halpful, even the fact that the problem still exists with paying me money back. If I go to Paris again, and I will for sure, my choice will be Plaza Etoile.
