I absolutely loved everything about my stay at Hotel Touraine Opera. From the moment I arrived, the experience was flawless. The comfort of the room was exceptional—cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. I slept so well thanks to the plush bedding and quiet atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room and hotel was spotless, and it’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining high standards. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Whether I had a question about the neighborhood or needed help with reservations, they went above and beyond with a smile. There were so many little touches that made the stay feel extra special—complimentary tea/coffee , quality toiletries, and thoughtful design details throughout the hotel. The location is absolutely ideal—tucked away on a charming street but close to everything. I felt completely safe walking around, even at night, which is important when traveling alone or with loved ones.

Absolutely nothing! I wouldn’t change a thing. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!

I liked that I was able to communicate with Belen in Spanish. Was a little frustrating my visit to Paris because residents are not too fluent in English or Spanish and I don't know French. So, communicating with Belen was nice. At night, Erwin and Coffrey were great host. Both communicate excellent in English and both went out of their way to accommodate any request.

At breakfast there is nobody to communicate in English or Spanish. The lady hosting didn't even know the numbers for the room number information and requested I give her the information in French

We really liked and enjoyed our stay at Hotel Touraine. I booked two rooms in advance. I let them know in advance that we were bring our twin babies of 6 months and they provided us with two cribs. That also gave like a little and cute “fun kit” for children. Since the moment at checking in they were super nice. They allowed us to keep our stroller at reception, they took good care of it. They called for taxis every time we needed them. The breakfast is super nice and tasty. Small but at the same time very complete with lots of options. Installations are pretty and very clean. Location is amazing, close to metro and actually close to everything walking distance.

Maybe just a bit of noise from the hallway, I think. I was never sure were the sounds came from. I thought elevator. But nothing too loud. It didn’t disturb our stay or sleep.

Very friendly welcoming and helpful members of staff - from reception to breakfast to cleaning staff. The hotel is very well kept and comfortable. The lobby is lovely and a welcoming space to hang around at any time. Breakfast was excellent, a buffet with a lot of choice and good quality products. Our bedroom was quiet and comfortable, spacious by Paris’s standards and very clean. I think our bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom I have ever seen, absolutely spotless.

If I have to pick on one small things, the bed pillows were too soft. Would be good to be have choice of either firm or soft.

We came to Hotel Touraine Opera for our honeymoon and were absolutely impressed by the welcoming staff (a big thanks to Belen for all she did for us and her attentiveness!). We had a fantastic stay - the room was clean and cozy, the bed and mattress of good quality (medium hardness), the bathroom and facilities on point. The hotel is well located. We could walk to all Parisian highlights without problems, the metro and buses are also close by. All in all, a fantastic stay and a place we would love to come back to.

In the gym there are only 3kg max dumbbells and the equipment is outdated. That can use some improvement.

The hotel is in a very central location. We were able to walk to some of the places we wanted to see. Bus and metro stops are very close. The open buffet breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly.

The minibar was very small and barely cooled. Even though we were on the 1st floor, the internet signal was weak and kept disconnecting in the evenings. Perhaps there are rooms with a better internet connection, so it might be worth mentioning this in advance. The shower was very narrow with a low ceiling, which could be challenging for tall people.

The hotel is situated on a smaller street in a not very crowded neighborhood. The room was decently clean and the bed was comfortable. We were welcomed with wine and some macarons waiting for us in the room, which was nice. The staff was polite and warm with us at every occasion, and they always met our requests. Especially Sofiane working at the restaurant for breakfast - kind, cheerful and optimistic, always a pleasure to have him around. Speaking of breakfast, it was fresh and tasty. I would recommend this hotel to any couple willing to visit Paris and walk a bit from the city center.

The furniture is a bit older than it appears in the photos. The bathroom has no windows or ventilation.

Our room was surprisingly spacious for Paris standards—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to Galeries Lafayette and several other key attractions. A great choice for anyone looking for comfort and accessibility in the heart of the city.

The only downside was the noise from the nearby metro, which could be heard from our room, especially in the evening. However, since we were usually very tired after long days out, it didn’t affect our sleep and wasn’t a major issue for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Touraine Opera from 18–22 June 2025. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional customer service — the front desk staff and the team at breakfast were consistently warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with charming interiors that offer a truly Parisian feel. Its location is also perfect — just a short walk from the Opéra, Galeries Lafayette, and Montmartre. Everything about our stay was delightful, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris!

The staff at this hotel were beyond exceptional and it was outstanding value at the price point. Prosecco and macarons on arrival were a perfect welcome for our first time in Paris. Staying there for Christmas, the staff very kindly left us a small Christmas present. Some colouring activities had been left in our room for our little one. When we mentioned in passing our little ones favourite animal, we came back to the room to find a colouring with said animal. Breakfast was great value, and after an explore to see if there was anything else I'd like to try in the area realised that it was the best at least in walking distance. Walking distance from quite a few metro stations, and lots of restaurants, and shopping area.

The room was a tad small, but made up for it in charm.
