The staff were very nice and helpful, the location was excellent (1-2 min to a metro stop) + a lot of amenities in the vicinity. Possible to leave your luggage at the reception before checkin/after the checkout. The general area is really nice and worth walking around.

The rooms were tidy, but tiny! If you had larger suitcases, you'd struggle to move around the room. It was ok for us as we've only used the rooms for sleeping and getting ready, but if you spend more time in the hotel room, you might want to splurge on a larger room. The breakfast selection was quite modest, but I think it's more of a cultural preference ( French are not known for having large breakfast).

Our room was super clean and the bathroom was actually larger then expected. It was not that cold inside thanks to the central heating (up to 19 Celsius). On top of that you can also turn on the AC so it could go up to 24 Celsius. The bed was super comfy even though there was a draught in our room. The window was apparently not super tightly closed. The room was indeed a bit small and there was no fridge or kettle inside. But you could always boil water or store some food downstairs in the reception hall. The breakfast was super delicious and it was included in the price! Also, you don't have to hurry to enjoy the breakfast, as you would find something to eat even if you wake up late. So, it was totally worth it! One thing - there should be more hooks in the bathroom for the towels, otherwise it becomes a problem!

Please install more towel hooks in the bathroom!

Location is great as it is just across the road from the metro. Really easy to go into the heart of Paris. There is also a very good restaurant adjacent to the hotel which does delicious food. There are two beautiful parks about 200 - 300m away on both sides of the hotel which is great for morning and evening walks. The locality is also safe and peaceful. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. They have a nice and comfortable lounge downstairs with free tea and coffee which is a bonus.

Great location, right near the metro, near to lots of amenities including shop, boulangerie, pharmacy and bar. Rooms were small but efficient had everything we needed including hairdryer, toiletries, tv. Air con was amazing much needed during 30 degree days. Windows also opened for fresh air. Breakfast included was simple but did the job nice fresh selection available every day. Communal area downstairs very inviting. Lift is small but better than hauling luggage upstairs.

Perfect example of how attention to details can bring the experience to a next level. My room was impeccably clean and very well designed making the most of its modest size. Soap and shower gel had a very pleasant smell and texture and offered in reusable dispensers. The reception zone featured a tea station that offered Kusmi tea (tea leaves, not tea bags!) and a drinking water fountain, and was equipped as a comfortable workspace. The breakfast was generous and varied.

It is small but efficient. Breakfast was really good. Location was amazing. Never had any troubles. Hotel was really clean. AC works perfect.

The lift is really small. Do not travel with extra large luggages. During our stay which was five days they did not change the sheets. And if you need an iron for your clothes, you should bring one. Hotel has only two and people do not return it back after they are done with it.

Nice and extremely clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great and quite location (close to Metro, markets, bakery, pharmacy, bistros...). The breakfast was very high quality, the only thing missing was scrambled eggs :)

Adequate room size considering the location, but it would also be better if the room was a little bigger (preferably with a small fridge and another seat). I would like the pillow to be of better quality.

Excellent quality-price ratio. Nice, clean and comfortable small hotel with good breakfast. I would visit there again. Location was more than excellent - metro just opposite and not too many changes away from airport and viewpoints. Grocery store also next door and bigger ones really close. Nice restaurants just 5-10min walk away. Customer service worked well, for example we got extra duvet at the same minute with a smile. Small elevator and room - but hey, you are there just for sleeping! I warmly recommend this hotel.

I like the Ibis Styles Butte Chaumont hotel. It's the second time I've stayed there. The room is unexceptional but I don't spend much time there. It's clean with a comfortable bed, good hot shower. I love the location, it's so convenient for the Metro. I feel very comfortable in the locality. The price is good

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I arrived in Paris and stayed in another hotel close to Gare Du NOrd since it's round hte corner from where family live but the next day I changed hotel. I can't say anything more

The hotel stay was very good . First the location is superb , Paris central station is only 4-5 stops from the hotel and the train station is in right front of the hotel exit . The air condition was working properly , room and everything was clean . The breakfast was good , could have added eggs to the menu . The staff was very friendly and helpful.
