Reception was open until late. They gave our kids a games bag plus board games for them to play at reception. Free refills of water and very comfortable beds. Very clean. 15 mins walk from Gare de Lyon and opposite a metro station taking you straight to the Eiffel Tower. Nice breakfast place next door if you need.

It was new clean and cozy hotel. Staff was super kind. We had additional single bed for our daughter even with that size of the room was quite ok. There is one metro station just in front of the hotel entrance and there are two others you can walk(5-10min). It is really easy to access to metro. So i would stay at this otel once again if i visit Paris again.

I think there are 2 problems. First one is water pressure. I was on 5th floor maybe this is the reason but i hate it while i am taking shower. Second one is there was nothing in the bathroom. There is only liquid hand cleaner near the sink and in the shower. No shampoo no shower gel noting. So do not forget bring with you.

Right in front of the Metro station so it was easy to go anywhere in Paris quickly for any tourist attraction within 20-30 minutes. Rooms are a good size for Paris; I have stayed at more central locations with barely enough space to move, so these rooms could even be considered spacious. Nuxe brand toiletries for the shower were nice. Book themed rooms for its proximity to the National Library (Bibliotheque). Location was great for morning runs right along Seine towards Notre Dame.

You do have to take the metro as it is slightly far from most of the attractions. But this location makes the hotel more affordable than the central locations and it is still in a safe area, as a family we felt safe coming back from our trips at midnight in the metro to the hotel.

Quiet hotel, friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean. Location is slightly out of the centre but you can walk along the river to the sights in about 20 minutes. Business district with not a huge amount going on but we liked that - the brasserie next door is a great spot with Parisians going about their business. In the hotel itself there's a nice space for having a coffee or a drink till late in the evening. It's right next to Quai de la Gare metro station and Bercy station is about ten minutes walk away. Very handy for Orly airport, the 14 goes directly from there to Bercy.

The staff is amazing! They are friendly, polite, everything I ask for wasn't too much. Left my key in the hotel room and they send it back to my home address. They even send a card with a smiley also back so sweet :) the bartender did show us alot of places to go. Also recommended good places to eat! He also makes really good mojito's :) Also its really clean! And the breakfast is good. Nothing to complain about! All thumbs up!!

Good Location for the Bercy Arena - The Metro is opposite 1 min walk if that , The Hotel is Cosey , the staff are very friendly and helpful , good lift service straight from reception . The rooms we had were very clean , showers were very good , air con was fantastic . Rooms were cleaned Dailey , breakfast was a 9 out of 10 . Internet is very good and free

We had to pay three times the average price to stop 4 nights ( Due to Olympics ) so value for money was poor . Car park is underground and holds approximately Severn cars dependent on size . ( But very safe and secure )

Good value for money, The staff were very helpful, gave you all the info you will need on check in, they provided me with an iron once i asked for it and i kept my luggage there for 5 hrs after checkout without charge, there is a metro station right infront of the hotel, and another one for a main line m14 only 10 min walk, there are supermarkets, restaurants around the area , will definitely stay there on my next visit.

Very good location, both for the metro system but also for local bars and restaurants. We even swam in the Seine very near to the hotel! Friendly staff, very clean, the breakfast was good and there was also a lovely boulangerie next door that had delicious pastries

The air conditioning wasn't very good in our daughters' room, definitely not as cool as ours and we were told it was due to the sun being on it all day

They don't just provide accommodation. They provide COMFORT SERVICE. All the staff including the cleaners are always ready to go an extra mile to make your stay very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. On a hot day, you return to your hotel with the air-conditioning already running. CLASSIC French service.
