It was clean and nice. The staff was really welcoming and friendly. The location is really good, neighbourhood safe, a lot of restaurants and coffee places around.

We could smell cigarettes in the room, especially in the bathroom. In the junior suite the air conditioning was working only in one of the rooms. As it was hot outside, in that room was really warm.

Location was amazing, we walked everywhere, though if you don't fancy walking then you have a choice of which are literally as close as could be. Lots of bars and bistros within a few minutes from the hotel. Lovely park nearby. Shop across street which was perfect for snacks and drinks. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Cozy bed, large bathroom and room cleaned daily. Small fridge which was great for putting a cold drink in after a long day out. No glasses but we used the tea cups to drink ours out from.

Only a small mistake on arrival with booking but nothing too stressful.

staff was absolutely lovely and welcoming to us, the location of the hotel was really nice aswell. as tourists we felt very safe and there were lots of cafes and a small supermarket just opposite the hotel, we didnt get to stay for breakfast but the breakfast area looked very nice, would definitely stay here again. got a random charge before i arrived at the hotel but the staff were very communicative and put me at ease and were able to speak different languages which was appreciated and considerate

we werent given fresh towels which would have been appreciated as they werent able to dry in the bathroom but we managed fine

Excellent location just a 10 minute walk from Pointe Cardinet train station. Supermarket is directly across the road. The room was nice and clean, although a bit on the smaller side - wasn’t a problem for us as we weren’t in the room much! Having the two single beds pushed together to make the bigger bed wasn’t what I was expecting though. André helped us when we first arrived and he was extremely friendly, very welcoming & kind. I’d would stay here again if ever back in Paris.

The staff were amazing I booked the hotel for my partner birthday they were amazing in communication and did excellent in arranging balloons and chocolates. Saying that the room was excellent cleaned and the staff were excellent from the people giving breakfasts cleaning team reception Amazing thank you for your reception and will book again

All was perfect I did recommend to have a table in the balcony and slippers for the guests apart form that all is good

Rather nice, but quite small room with a charming little balcony with a nice view over the neighborhood from the 6th floor. The elevator was painstakingly slow, but the stairs provided decent exercise instead. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice part of the town with abundant bars, shops, cafes and restaurants.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful, professional, and always welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, with our room being meticulously cleaned every day. The location was ideal for those seeking a peaceful neighborhood away from heavy tourist crowds, yet conveniently close to amenities. The metro station, a charming boulangerie, and a lovely park were all just a short walk from the hotel, making it perfect for a quiet yet accessible stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent. close to the Arc de Triumph and the Champs Elysee. The hotel was clean and comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special big thank you to Andre who worked on the night shift for all his help.

Would have loved to Have more amenities in bathroom and bedroom had to ask for more soap, toilet paper and an extra pillow … also the mini fridge did not work . Would have been really nice if it did because there is a great little supermarket right in front and would have like to have kept some fresh beverages readily available for the time were were in the room .

Safe part of 17th, walking distance to Arc de Triomphe (~20 mins) Balcony was small, but still cool for a morning coffee Many restaurants around, really cool brasseries and hip coffee places (especially to the east) Close by Wagram (3) and Ternes (2) lines

We got a very small room, but didn't spend too much time there anyway Street sounds can be a bit noisy, especially on weekdays No lift, the stairs are narrow, but that just gives additional cool vibes to the hotel (may be an issue for others)
