We loved this hotel very much. The first best thing was the staff who were amazingly helpful and understanding when our flight was very late and we couldn't arrive to the hotel according to our booking. The design is lovely and colorful, breakfast was more than expected and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and good AC. The location is a bit outside the city but there a bus nearby and it is walking distance to a shopping center where you can find big supermarkets and some restaurants. I recommend this hotel very much.

There is no elevator which was not a problem for us but might be something to consider for others

The 4 of us had to take 2 rooms but they were opposite each other so it was OK (the pre-teenage kids loved it) Near the motorway but still quiet. And despite us arriving later then expected, the staff waited for us (seemed like they had a backup plan prepared for cases like that already, but still). The check out was later then we are used to, so we were able to sleep a little longer :-D

No 24 h. service at the reception (no idea how would they deal with someone locking themselves out in the middle of the night but I guess they had that figured out already).

We liked how it is furnished with repurposed pieces in a modern and fun way. The managers were very nice and helpful. A/c worked very well (a plus we found out in France). Very good breakfast, many choices and plentiful. very close to town and to highway but not noisy because of good window insulation. I would go back

It did not have an elevator and we had some luggage with us that was heavier. However the manager was very helpful and helped us bringing the luggage up and down the stairs. The surroundings are not very pleasant to look around because it’s located right behind a modern complex however the place seemed very safe.

The staff were very welcoming. Everything in the room functioned well, and the room was spotless. The sound insulation provided by the windows was very effective as the hotel is very near a busy motorway but this was not evident from a noise perspective. The secure lock-up for bicycles is superb.

I would have liked to have non dairy milk available at the breakfast, which was otherwise good.

Breakfast very tasty and of very good variety! Room exceptionally practical and clean, loved the bathroom and the bed! Staff super sweet and polite, especially Ms Patricia ☺️

If you want to have dinner you need to make reservation beforehand, so that's a bit inconvenient

Staff, location, parking and the artistic style of everything. We could park just in the front of the building, which was really convenient for us travelling with a lot of stuff. 25...30 minutes walking to the downtown and on the way there are some restaurants and a shopping center as well.

I chose this hotel as a weekend option before a sporting activity.

The only recommendation for improvement is that they should find a way to offer access to the bicycle trunk when arriving at the hotel at night. We had to bring the bicycles to the room.

It's a basic hotel but great value for money, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff Everything worked as it should, it's great for a short stop 20 mins walk into Arles centre and 10 mins from chain restaurants in the shopping zone where it's situated

It's in an industrial zone which we knew but the walk into Arles is currently past lots of works so not the nicest walk (but nothing to do with the hotel)

My daughter and I loved this hotel! The reception was exceptional and they had cold beer/wine available right at the front desk! The breakfast was very nice also. The reception area was very cool; had lots of space to just sit and chill 😊 There were books/games, etc... The air conditioned room and beds were very comfortable!

The only thing we didn't like was the distance from the hotel into the town/attractions. We prefer to walk everywhere and this was a pretty long walk, especially when dark at night. However, we didn't try the bus, which we could have done.

Breakfast was very nice, good selection on offer. We liked the location, near enough to walk to LUMA and the centre

Noisy group of schoolchildren kept us awake the first night, but not hotel’s responsibility. Room was very warm, couldn’t get air con cool enough
