Very nice room, with lots of good facilities. Breakfast very pleasant (but see below). Staff really helpful (but see below... :-) ) Location is on a (not very up-market) main road, but quite close to the old town, and easy enough to walk there. Also very handy for the tourist info office, and buses to the Camargue. Really nice place all round.

Staff were very charming and helpful, but when we arrived the lovely receptionist sold us a 5-euro breakfast, which turned out to be a mistake, and led to a friendly disagreement with the manager on the morning we left - it should have been 13 euros... But all was settled amicably and without further cost to us. (And she still let us store our cases there for the day...)

I very much appreciate how clean everything is, it is very important to me. The room was just the right size for one person. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Bedding and towels sparkling white and clean as well as the bathroom and WC. The breakfast is continental, it had everything I usualy eat for breakfast and I don't complicate much about food, so just fine by me. Staff very nice and friendly. I was able to drop off my luggage before checking-in (thank you, you saved me :) ) Location of the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the old town centre, about 15-20 min. from the train station.

The neighborhood is a little bit sketchy. I was in my room every evening before the dark.

We were there for the art festival, this hotel is very conveniently located to all the sites we wanted to visit, as well as to the tourist attractions. Very nice staff, good breakfast.

The door to the toilet in our room opened in such a way that one had to squeeze in sideways. A quirky design flaw, but a larger person might have difficulty maneuvering.

Only ate breakfast once on our last day. Too many lovely cafés close by with better value breakfast. The knowledge of the staff was exceptional. Location is perfect.

You advertise parking is available upon request, and for a fee. In fact, there is no parking that we were able to get. We were told there was one spot, and it was too small for our compact rental car. That was a disappointment.

The room was exceptionally clean, which was impressive. Good location within walk-able distance to the centre. Tea/coffee station in the room and a small safe. Good value for money.

The mattress could have been a bit better, but overall, the value for money for the room was great.

The main thing for me was that the air conditioning worked excellent — with 38 C outside and no conditioner in the previous accommodation, you know… The room was small, just a bit bigger, than the bed, but it was clearly mentioned in the description. But the bed is comfortable, everything was clean, there are a safe in the room and tea-coffee facilities, good wifi, so for two nights stay it is very good for this price. The stuff is also very helpful and friendly.

Soulless. Looks even a bit like foreign object in the center of the city of artists. Not the place you want to return.

The friendliness of the owners. They were very welcoming and informative. They gave us many useful tips for our trip. The breakfast was also very good. The fact that our dog was welcome as well.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom was split in 2, wc on one side and shower with sink on the other, which was uncomfortable.

Good location just outside the the historic centre. 2 min s walk into the middle. Easy to find and with parking (small extra charge). Good quality and value for money. Very friendly and efficient staff. We would return.
