For a “budget hotel” I was suitably impressed. Staff were attentive and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Dinner was good value and very good. Breakfast was included in room price (which I hadn’t expected) and was very good. There are two Ibis (styles and budget) within the same building so this review is for Ibis Styles. The walk into town is 10-15 minutes along the river - 12-15 mins to Van Gogh Fondation.

If you want a taxi for a certain time, book with reception in advance as taxis in Arles are not always instant and the hotel is a few minutes from the town centre and about 10 minutes by taxi from the station, depending on traffic. Reception staff were very helpful and arranged taxi to station.

Everything was exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy and ample parking. The swimming pool was great and stayed open beyond the usual hours, which was greatly appreciated by many guests, myself included. The bar staff were very accommodating and friendly. If this place suits your needs, it's definitely worth staying for a night or two. Thank you!

Good hotel like expected from this chain. Welcoming staff. Air condition in the room was a saver. Quite good breakfast. A hotel has a pool!

Location is nowhere. Although later discovered a public bus stop almost in front of the hotel. No international news channels on TV, as well as very limited music channel. No vegetables at breakfast.

Location close to my family in Arles. Wide choice in breakfast, good fruit salad and cut and whole fruits. Excellent cheeses and tasty yoghurt . Very nice and clean swimming pool with lots of lounge chairs Good room cleaning.

A few mornings no cereal bread just baguettes. Maybe for future next to soy milk also oat milk. Pity coffee bar only open in afternoon and not at midday for if you would like a coffee or beer outside or in the lobby.

The hotel is good, offers all the necessary amenities including free parking. Breakfast was good and varied.Clean, tidy, large and comfortable rooms. The staff had few problems with their attitude to guests. The hotel is located over a mile from the centre of Arles as it is walking distance along a not very pleasant and convenient road.

Breakfast is good, parking is spacious, convenient entrance to hotel from road, free access to pool, very close to city center (despite that road to city center is not so good and nice). We had connecting rooms and it was good experience. Rooms are spacious and cozy. We had a lunch here as well, it is from 19:00. Lunch is tasty.

Road to city center from hotel is not so good but it is only 10 minutes on foot so it should not be a problem

There was enough parking place. Location is good.

The room was not ready when it was supposed to be. The room was missing mugs, there was mold in the bathroom and the room was generally run down. The hotel entrance was full of trash.

The suit room for a family is really spacious. Perfect for a night stay, does not have dangerous areas for babies that walk around. Great breakfast, parking right at the hotel and next to the highway. Fast check-in and check-out.

We liked almost everything

We didn't like the bath/shower it was high to climb into with no grab rail, and the shower was awkward over the bath bad design.. Much better last time with a shower cubicle

The pool is really good and was a very refreshing way to spend a hot summer evening with three kids. We had dinner and the kid’s menu (fish and chips) and my starter were excellent. My steak was a bit hard but all in all food was good. Breakfast was very good considering the hotel’s class.

The facilities are not very modern.
