Comfortable, clean (like you would expect from IBS). Friendly, helpful staff. At least one English-language TV channel available.

First shower I slipped and fell in. The decor seems a little dated 70s colour scheme?). The roof in the bike shed leaked so much, it was almost like leaving my bike outside. Location might not be convenient for many.

We only stayed for one night. I'm used to Ibis Budget hotels and this one was better than the average. The staff, all of them, was amazingly accommodating when we had to deal with a problem (that was not related to the hotel), acting as if it was the most natural thing.

It wasn't very obvious how to get inside on foot when arriving in the evening - there is a button close to the parking grid we didn't see at first.

Secure storage for our bicycles. Convenient to have bar and restaurant on site after arriving early evening and it being a bit of a walk into town for dinner. A large room and good bathroom.

Bar staff gave inconsistent service between customers and not very attentive. On arrival, the surrounding area is very unattractive but the hotel has a secure fence wuth controlled access so there was never any concerns about security once inside.

This hotel is just a little outside the center but it has free parking with plenty of space. It is right off the autoroute and super easy to get to, something to think about if you are getting in late. It is an easy walk to the heart of Arles, maybe a km or so. There are a bunch of wonderful bars and restaurants in the city centre. We also found art galleries open late whilst looking for dinner. The combination of proximity, parking, access and price makes this a great spot to stay for people driving to or through Arles. Well done Ibis!

An emergency overnighter as I was feeling unwell on a bike tour. Can't really comment too much about it, as I collapsed into bed immediately on arrival. Typical ibis though, a safe pair of hands.

Shower door did not seal, so I flooded the place and soaked my luggage in the morning.

It was very quiet, though I’m unsure if that’s just because there weren’t many other guests. We definitely clearly heard movement and talking in the hallway when people passed by. The bed was super comfortable, the bedding was great and the room was more spacious then we’d expected. We appreciated having a closet space because not all Ibis have storage. Check-in and -out was very simple. The parking lot was large and seemed very secure. The walk into town was easy and pleasant.

The plug socket in the bathroom wasn’t attached to the wall. When I tried to unplug my blow dryer, the whole unit came out and the wires were exposed. Especially in a wet bathroom, this is an electrical hazard. The shower was also leaking from underneath along the wall beside the sink. I think there may be a plumbing error under the shower cabin or else the sealant has worn out along the wall. The green LEDs in the headboard-mounted light controls must be removed. They’re horrible for sleeping. I could see very clearly because of them even though the room was otherwise fully dark and there’s no way to cover them unless we’d packed tape or something. Please find an alternative to these panels or remove their LEDs.

Nice room and clean. The hotel has a pool which is nice and clean too. Breakfast nice too. They have storage to lock your bike and staff is very nice and helpful.

It is a further out of the town but if you travel by car or bike you should be fine. The area has lots of mosquitoes, do not use the swimming pool after 5pm you will be bitten a lot!!

Right off the road. Loads of free parking. Great breakfast. Excellent value. Comfortable beds.

Overall, the place could use a renovation, but I don't care about that. Also, the computer system was down, so no internet.

I always enjoy staying at an Ibis hotel because of its consistency. You know what your room will be like. The receptionist spoke perfect English and was very helpful in showing me the bus routes on the map. Free parking is always a plus in France. The room was very large and although it didn't have all the amenities like shampoo and hand lotion, on the other hand it was very inexpensive and a good place for a quiet overnight stop convenient to public transportation into Arles City center.

I wish the website had mentioned how convenient the bus connections were to the city as I paid for parking in one of the lots on the day I arrived before coming to the hotel. I should have just come to the hotel early, park the car and taken the convenient bus into town.

The hotel is very close to the city center, we stopped there for one night and had the chance to visit Arles. The staff is amazing! And they are pet friendly :-)

The rooms need some renovations but were clean and tidy.
