The staff were generally lovely and and battled through the language barrier to help us with anything we needed, including ordering taxi's which was quite problematic at times. We were able to use the conference space for acoustic music rehearsals at no extra cost. The rooms were tidy, serviced daily and the pool area was great! The location is a bit out of town but there is a huge supermarket across the road, chemist, eateries (mostly fast food), barber, fuel station etc. So that was handy!

Brekky was ok. A bit hit and miss with the supply of everything but fine. Enough. The bar was serviced by reception staff so could sometimes take a long while to get a drink if they were occupied. No pool towels and wasn't able to get an extra room towel for the pool. No fridge or kettle in the rooms FYI.

A very good clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were also changed daily. The parking was secure. Nearby there were a lot of supermarkets and restaurants which was convenient.

The hotel didn't provide hand - face towels which was inconvenient.

Very friendly, helpful Staff, especially the Woman from the Philippines who does the breakfast....The Manager was Soo helpful and gave us bus times etc....The pool was a blessing in disguise as it was Soo Hot...

A little far from the centre, but, their were alot of buses, & Ubers..,So that ended up not being a problem

The property is charming and has very pretty spaces. We enjoy our stay and got to purchase some of the local items they have for sale. Overall it was a good experience to be at this property.

The room was nice and clean. The lobby was exceptional as was the breakfast offerings!

The shower/tub was super slippery. Hard to get in and out of for my cousin who has balance issues.

Location good but maybe have a bike rental on site

Location is very convenient from highway. Many Food options are available in the vicinity at walking distance.

Swimming Pool is outside and there is no temperature control. Water in pool was very cold.
