Some smell from the bathroom when lid is left up. Some noise from corridor and nearby rooms due to doors that are hard to close.

Located off the main road near the supermarkets etc. Not very atmosphere but very convenient if arriving by car. Free parking. Room a bit dated but had everything we needed. Excellent customer service. I left behind a favourite jumper and they kindly kept it safe until I was able to return to pick it up.

Good value. The room was very nice and clean with new bathroom, full size bed. It was a little surprising, given the rather shabby exterior of the building. Clerk spoke good English and was helpful and friendly . No noise issues from other rooms. Parking secure behind gate with code lock.

I booked this after being let down by Airbnb, and despite some negative reviews I had an excellent stay. Location was about 30 mins walk to Arles old town, although the buses were regular. The manager was very helpful, the room was spotless and the breakfast good. The air conditioning worked well. Close to several restaurants.

A bit of noise from the main road at night but nothing awful. No kettle in the room but provided when I asked.

Breakfast was a little bit tiny. Each piece of ham was counted, the last day we couldn’t get a salted breakfast.

Nice place to spend the night during the trip close to the highway. Clean and comfortable. Good parking. Friendly staff.

Better room comparing to similar places where I have stayed before. Good for quick stop. Gated parking. Easy acces to the motorway. Bathroom has actual walls not just plastic ones as elsewhere. Room was small but bed was comfortable. Stayed in room 227 and would stay again.

On the website it has advertised kettle in the rooms, but there wasn't any. Lighting was very bad.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfasts were well done. Location to Arles and other cities was good. Free parking.

For the price I paid, it was an amazing value. The room was small, but clean and had the amenities you could need. Comfortable beds, TV in the room. And the staff was the most amazing part. They were very friendly and took care of any questions/issues I had immediately. Amazing value to price ration overall.

You could see the rooms were a bit old and small.
