Excellent location. Walking distance to many historical sites. Good restaurants around the corner as well as a boulangerie and charcuterie. 2 small supermarkets also very close by. The apartment had most of what we needed. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The 2 small walk in robes were appreciated.

The apartment is a bit dark however the lighting is good. The couch is uncomfortable and needs replacement. There is only 1 washing machine and dryer for the apartments only available after 7.00pm. It was almost impossible to access.

The location - in the historic center of the city - was exactly what we wanted. Close to the river. Close to the Van Gogh exhibit we came to see. And, the apartment itself was worry-free.

The Booking website leads one to think that there is car parking at the establishment. Actually, their parking garage is across the river, a half-hour walk away. The website could have been more up-front about this. Clients can readily realize that this part of the old city does not have much parking available. There were no instructions on how to operate the induction stove-top. Some "oldies" don't know this technology.

The apartment was in the historic area and the modern decor was "ikea stylish". The location was convenient where things were walkable. We also used the bus for day trips and the stops were very close.

The check in was at a separate location from the rental unit. I don't think that this was specified in the listing on Booking.com. That information, along with the hours of the business when the keys are available and payment is made, should be clear on the listing. The unit we rented was at ground level, so naturally there was some pedestrian traffic and talking outside the windows. It wasn't bad but something to be considered for light sleepers.

Staff was extraordinarily helpful. Because of flight delays, we didn't get into Marseilles until very late at night. Jesilla helped me find a driver, and provided detailed instructions to check in around midnight. Her response time for WhatApp questions was within minutes. The location is perfect - close to everything you'd want to see and do in Arles. Just a few steps down the street is an excellent cafe for breakfast, as well as a fabulous fromagerie and boucherie. Highly recommended.

This is really minor but the bathroom lacked places to hang towels, robes, or toiletries.

Not the simple check in we had hoped for. Property is NOT the check in address. Nor is parking. We absolutely loved the apartment which was brilliantly appointed and equipped.

Firstly the place where you pick up keys is down a very narrow street where you cannot park. Parking is not far away but cost us 4€ even tho we only needed a10 mins to walk down the road for the keys. Paid secure parking is available but again you have to walk from the check in to the parking. Retrieve your car & put it in the garage. We found it difficult to park because the car next to our allocated space was badly parked at an angle. We had to get stuff we needed ffrom the car & then walk back past the check in property down a street, around a corner to another very narrow street where the apartment was located. The it was up on the second floor!

Nice modern apartment with everything you need for a few days.

Left us with just two coffee capsules an no kitchen detergent. But these were relatively minor issues.

The central location and the spacious roof terrace with great views across the roofs of the old town - and a large BBQ

A larger quantity of basic supplies (tea towel-toilet paper- coffee - dishwasher tablets) would have been good for our 8-night stay.

So comfortable - room was fresh, with modern furniture and a comfy bed. Our room had a separate kitchen and seating area. It was lovely and clean - kitchen was well equipped (though didn't have oven). Building was full of historic charm. Lovely location - close to sites, restaurants and a supermarket just a minute away.

No manned reception - we arrived early, as caught an earlier train, and couldn't get in.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The apartment was spacious and cozy, featuring a well-equipped kitchen. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The most important - the staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The shower holder was broken, causing the showerhead to fall repeatedly, which was quite frustrating.

The accomodation was great. Room was large with separate bathroom and kitchen. The bed was comfortable and good linen. Check in was easy and the staff very friendly. We were on the first floor and the stairs were easy. Great location and everything was walkable. We paid for parking which was well worth it. Highly recommend.
