A really lovely, quaint, hotel, full of character being an original building & very conveniently situated right in the 'old' town within easy walking distance to most all sight-seeing attractions. Comfortable room with good wifi - 850m walk from the railway station & 700m walk to nearest supermarket. Staff were very helpful & communication with the property prompt. An enjoyable & delightful stay. Would highly recommend.

Being an original building, understandably there were minimum power points for charging devices but we managed OK & only a slight inconvenience outweighed by all the other distinct advantages.

Beds were amazingly comfy...we didn't want to leave the bed each morning. The front desk staff were really great.

The walls are super thin. We could hear every Single sound from the hallways and other rooms. Every sound from the street came through loudly and clearly. That's the only negative issue with this hotel but it was a serious problem from start to finish. We stayed for 4 nights and our sheets were not changed once and I had to ask for fresh towels on day 3. To be fair, we were told that we should've placed the towels on the floor of the shower if we wanted fresh towels. We placed the dirty towels on the wall hooks inside the shower so the cleaning team didn't have to pull them off the floor.🤷🏽‍♀️

This is quiet, charming, old fashioned hotel from the outside but cosy and modern within. Room a little small perhaps and tiny but perfectly appointed bathroom, with the usual, slightly precarious French (spiral) staircase of once upon a time. Staff sweet and super helpful and owner a treasure: left me in charge for half an hour one afternoon while accompanying another guest to the local garage to sort out mechanical problems. A 10 minute walk from the station and less than a minute from the tiny, compact, centre; there's a nice little patio outside for a drink or snacks and the breakfast room inside is perfect for reading a book or catching up on e-mails. Arles is in truth a 2 day stay max, with half a dozen arty and historical sites worth visiting, great eateries and bakeries but also some awesome book shops.

The building is beautifully historic, and the stay was very comfortable. Due to a delayed train, we arrived at the hotel quite late, close to midnight. Thankfully, the hotel had left the key at the front desk and sent me the entry code via message, allowing us to check in smoothly. The staff were extremely warm and helpful, answering all our questions in detail and recommending many excellent restaurants. Highly recommended for its charm and outstanding service!

one downside was the shower—the water temperature was difficult to regulate and hard to maintain at a comfortable level for long

The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very nice. The location in the old town was excellent.

The “property” was excellent. However, if you have a car, as we did - I recommend not parking in the old town. My only quibble with the room was the glass bathroom door - which was directly opposite our bed. It offered limited privacy, and the light was pretty bright if someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the city. It is also close to the area where you can find restaurants and clubs. Camera da letto ben curata e pulita. Trovate tutto il necessario.

For those arriving by car, parking is a bit problematic. However, you can find public car parks nearby where you can leave your car for a fee. The cost is really low, around €3, to park it from evening to the following morning. The mezzanine with two single beds is comfortable for two children. Difficult to access for people who are not particularly agile.

The establishment's location is quite central, in the heart of Arles. It is conveniently a 15-minute walk from the CENTRE VILLE parking area, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city on foot. As for breakfast, guests can look forward to a comprehensive spread that is designed to kick-start your day on a high note. Lastly, the room was spacious, offering plenty of room for relaxation and comfort after a day of sightseeing.

On the floor, there was a light that remained on all the time. Although it emitted low power, the presence of this light along with the kind of flooring suggested that the room was probably an outdoor patio or an entranceway from the street. This feature was unique, but it didn't add to the overall ambiance that I was expecting in the space.

The hotel was in a great location, and everyone was so hospitable.

Our family room for 4 was a bit small, as there was really no room to put luggage. However, we were 4 adults and for 2 adults and 2 children, it would probably work well. It was spotlessly clean, very charming, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless and very nice. And everyone was very helpful, welcome and accommodating, so room size was only a minor drawback.

Location was excellent. 10 minute walk to most places. Building and room are unique with history.

There was a beautiful outside terrace and we got mixed messages from staff as to whether we could sit there without purchasing their food. Front desk staff on checkin and check out were great. The hotel prides itself on being “green” but the lights in our room automatically shut off every 15 minutes. Annoying!

A small hotel in the historic central low-traffic area of Arles, really close to the Arena. The hotel has been refurbished tastefully retaining loads of character with, for example, beautiful stone tiles in the bathroom). We had a really friendly welcome. Unlike many hotels, the commitment to sustainability was genuine and we noticed this in several areas (eg the room waste bin had a recycling section).

We liked everything.
