Great location on beautiful Voltaire Place with lots of eating options on the square. An excellent Italian place! Very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom with easy to operate air conditioning. A good breakfast spread as well. Also they have the tiniest elevator but it works! Despite the checkin snafu I would recommend.

My checkin process was challenging as I hadn't received the link they referred to in booking.com message. But the waitress was very helpful despite not speaking English. The customer service were quick to respond when called.

Cosy hotel, beautiful seventies design for every item in the room. From walls to light switches. Loved the atmosphere! Even the toilet, Trone Paris Callipyge is beautiful :) Centrally located, no noise from outside. Confortable bed. Nice breakfast. Check-in / open doors by smartphone, super easy.

The water from the shower does indeed goes to the bathroom sink. Not sure if that’s intentional but it’s weird. Also the coffee offered at breakfast is horrible (for my own personal preference).

Great staff and location in Arles. By staff, I mean those who work in the cafe below the hotel. There is no reception as all is contactless. All worked very well and was even able to store by bag prior to check in. Good breakfast too.

All high standard new decor. I am reviewing here a 'work in progress' as clearly the interior is unfinished - no carpets or wood floor; no television yet; cafe bar not open in March. This will be an excellent hotel when it is finished.

Reception early closing - but not a problem for me. The owner will respond on his mobile phone with English.

Nicely refurbished, good location, simple and easy.

Digital keycard was stressful as it didn’t work multiple times, please just give people a keycard or a code. Sink was broken and water didn’t go down well.

Refined décoration of the 70s. Charming hotel in a great location of Arles. Exquisite cuisine by a young renowned chef. Short but enjoyable stay.

It is a lovely hotel, very kind and expert management, a real host. The hotel has a unique, home like atmosphere, we had really enjoyed it.
