Good communication before our visit and very helpful on the phone just before we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful and the room was great - very clean and very comfortable with all the facilities we needed. The location is very good - quite close to the centre of Arles, although it looks a little run-down in the immediate vicinity. Parking was very convenient, although I was concerned at its security - as it turned out, I needn't have worried. Breakfast was good and convenient for us too. Thoroughly recommended.

The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and friendly. It is a modest hotel, with the minimum of facilities but it was convenient and comfortable.

The house is on the small channel (or it is like a brook) which is very dirty and badly maintained. It is the question not to hotel owners of course, but to the town authorities… but smb should take care of it. It is almost in the center, and Arles has a lot of income from tourists, the municipality is nit poor, I am sure.. Shame on the mayor!!

Friendly and relaxed hotel near the motorway exit and the excellent local history museum. Plenty of fresh breakfast for E10 each morning. Stored my luggage on the last day. Kettle available on request.

My room was on the second floor and there is no lift so lots of climbing stairs. The manager carried my big bag up, thankfully. It's an old building so some maintenance issues but still value for money.

A good value for money, simple hotel. The owner is interesting and friendly. The hotel is well located to explore Arles. The express breakfast is good and reasonably priced.

The location is close to major roads, the area is a bit noisy. However, the room I was in was well sound proofed with effective double glazing, so it wasn't really an issue for me.

It’s a hotel in a very old building. It’s like living in a big house with your family- warm and friendly. You will hear when people come home late and go to bed. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and helpful. Nice breakfast. Close to city, restaurants, shopping. And a perfect parking in front of the hotel for the car. Also place for parking your bicycle safe.

I really liked this small hotel. My room was spacious and clean. I liked the decor and the bed was comfortable. I was over the main street, but the room was quiet and the view was pretty - with vines growing and leaves changing colors. Breakfast room looked nice, coffee was good. I walked to/from the train station and had an easy time getting to all the sights. I'd stay there again.

My shower floor was a little yucky - the paint had peeled up so it didn't look so good.

Affordable, decent, not far from center. Ok place to stay a night. And the center of Arles is lovely!

Not bad, but also not the best vibe in the neighborhood. Parking not ideal. A stressed hotelmanager, which was/ is not neccesary at all.

Friendly and helpful host, fabulous breakfast (at extra cost), good location in walking distance of the town centre.

The en suite bathroom was a little bit cramped and could do with a makeover in the fairly near future.

No option to drop bags off so I had to wait three hours (with my bags), for it to open 😔. However I found a great bistro reasonably close so had a fabulous lunch while I waited. 😌

The location is excellent. 10 min on foot from the Arena, parking (payed) on the street, drive-out about the corner, but the place is still rather quiet. The room is small but good, the beds are comfortable, very clean. The owner is very welcomming.

The toilet is tiny. I could not seat stright, and I'm only 1.65 m high. The entrance to the shower is really tight, you have to turn to enter.
