Typical Ibis Budget - everything we needed for a reasonable price. Clean and silent room, silent air-condition, window shades, comfortable beds and pillows (I like smaller and softer, so I enjoyed it here). Helpful, friendly and smiling staff. No noise from other rooms, nor the street. Overall, a very pleasant and comformable stay.

The table near the wash-basin was very fragile and broke. There was a little mold in the shower - slightly below Ibis standards. Overall, just small issues, I am not complaining.

Such lovely and helpful staff! At check-in the receptionist spoke simple/slow French that I could actually understand, and upon check-out I was personally assisted to find the right bus/stop for my journey to catch my train on time. Nice breakfast to start the day.

This hotel is ideal if you’re on a group tour/self driving. It’s a difficult location if you’re travelling on public transport - which you can’t rely on in this area. No Ubers, no taxis, buses that don’t turn up at stations, infrequent service. The area also felt unsafe to walk around at night because it was industrial and almost no pedestrians. Don’t go further than the tapas place next door if you’re on foot!! Also recommend insect repellent for the mosquitos.

Convenient location off the highway near a shopping/industrial plaza. Several grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants in the plaza area. Everything was very clean and looked newly renovated. Plenty of parking on-site and a decent breakfast buffet.

You expect a "no-frills but clean" experience with Ibis Budget, but even by that standard, the frills were limited. There was no lift, so anyone with mobility issues or trouble carrying bags would be impacted. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was broken (not the one for the breakfast). Be advised that there is another Ibis (not Budget) off the same roundabout, so don't get confused.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, this makes all the difference and the ladies at the desk were key to my happy stay! Check in very was also easy. The hotel was very helpful with my Bicycle and the storage of it during the night.

The hotel is next to a busy highway. The area has a lot of traffic. Walking is difficult and can be dangerous because of the missing infrastructure.

Simple, comfortable enough for a couple of nights. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Free parking!

A bit far from the center but not bad. Easier with a car. A huge group of teenagers stayed there and the noise was pretty bad until the adults enforced the rules, walls are thin so it's easy to hear everything.

Check-in experience was nice, administrator is very kind and helpful. My room was very quiet. Breakfast was nice, although too many carbs.

A good value option. The room was clean and quiet. I especially appreciated the AC - Arles is very hot in the summer. Also great: the early check-in hours and the early breakfast.

This is now the second Ibis Budget that does not provide a toilet brush. Budget is great, but it should not go below a certain minimum, and equipping bathrooms with such essential features will not kill Accor’s budget.
