Staff was really friendly, helpful and they speak English. They offer cold water, one bottle for one room but if you ask they fill that again. They filled even our bottles for the bikes. Breakfast was nice.

Room wasn't clean, there were spidernets in the corner. I know, they catch mosquitos but this is a 3 star hotel in Europe so dirty room and old bathroom towel don't show a good reputation. And again, as everywhere in France, I missed the mosquitonets in the windows. Getting fresh air in the room without AC is unpayable.

I liked the location of the hotel, close to the highway, because one day we travelled to Nimes and another to la Camargue, we came from Avignon and went on to Antibes, so the access was easy. Going to old town Arles was also easy. Intermarche super is a few metres away and so are other grocery shops. I liked the friendly and helpful staff, providing us with fresh purified water whenever we needed it. Also the variety at breakfast.

There are many mosquitos outside, which is understandable because of the proximity of the Rhone canal. The mosquitos are also inside, in the room. But the hotel provided us with insecticides and once we killed the mosquitos in the room and were careful not to leave the door open, it was fine. The room was not very clean, obviously it is never thouroughly cleaned.

The hotel is close to the center, walking distance from the train station. The room was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities. There was a kettle and tea, and big bottle of water. The bed is comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful; I also liked that they offered to take water with me when checking out.

understand that due to the climate, there are mosquitoes. But I was disappointed to see several dead mosquitoes on the wall in the bathroom. You can also diversify your breakfast by adding cooked dishes. Otherwise, croissants and raw eggs (which they themselves offer to boil or fry) looked meager.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was super friendly, there are lots of parking places, easy to reach with the car and with groceries/restaurants nearby. We booked the day before and it was overall it was a great stay for one night with a good price. We were visiting relatives in the outskirts of Arles which made the location perfect (close to the highway and not having to go through center traffic). If you want to go to Arles center though, it might not be so easy reachable without a car.

No fridge in the room, but this is just being picky. For one night it is fine.

We stayed here during our road trip as we needed a place near the motorway for the next morning. The location of this hotel provided us exactly with this. The room was comfortable, good bed, plenty of sockets, a desk for laying out things, an area for hanging our clothes with hangers included which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a bar area with some outside space which was nice. We were able to walk to a nearby restaurant which was good and food was no longer being served when we arrived.

The air conditioning unit was not very effective and was not great at cooling the room down.

The bed was super comfortable, the shower was large and strong water supply. The room was kept very clean. The breakfast was simple but enough and very nice.

There was no bar fridge in the room however the staff were great and provided ice for me so I could cool down my drinks

Very good size room, quiet. Very good breakfast. Staff helpful. Dinner good.

On the Thursday night, very disappointed to be told, as we entered the dining room, that dinner was not available to us, as the whole dining room had been booked out to a school party without pre-warning their actual hotel residents.

Good value for a chain hotel, daily clean and bed make etc inc. parking in door step

bit of a walk to Arles old town ( 20-15 mins). situated in out of town location next to retail parks.

It's a nice place for a short stay. It took us about 25 minutes to walk to the city centre. But there's also public transport nearby. There are many supermarkets nearby as well.

Very friendly hotel staff who worked above and beyond to make up for an initial mistake with the check-in process.
