The staff were really friendly and helpful. The owner upgraded us to a family room with large balcony when he heard we were passing through on our honeymoon. Inexpensive coffee and tea was available in the reception area. The hotel is located close to the small local train station but as there is no entrance on the hotel side of the tracks you do have to walk about 5 minutes to reach the main entrance. The hotel was very clean and a pleasant stay if you want to be relatively near the airport.

There were no tea/coffee facilites in the room. As the hotel was not far from the airport there was quite a lot of noise from planes flying overhead if you leave the windows open.

Big, comfortable bed, silence, even though it is located near the train station (so you can easily take the RER to go to Paris), clean room and bathroom, private and secured parking, very close to LIDL, ALDI, KFC, Mc Donalds, nothing to complaint about. Also, it is worth mentioning that the staff was very friendly and eager to help and facilitate our stay. Special thanks to Catalina, one of the members of the staff for her kindness and warm welcoming (he offered us coffee and croissants while waiting for our room to be ready) and gave us various tips to make our experience unforgettable 🙏

The staff was amazing. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms and he even offered us rooms side by side. The rooms were super clean and breakfast was nice, coffee was amazing! They have parking and elevator. Easy access to all floors and covered garage. We had a family room, it was renovated and very spacious. The mattress and pillow were soft. You are 2min walking from Lidl and walking distance from Aldi, McDonald's and KFC. The paintings, piano and mirros inside the hotel are really beautiful if you like art!

There is nothing to dislike. Just keep in mind that the train passes in the back although the noise was not loud and has not bothered at all. And the train station is close by on the map but you need to take a little detour to walk there.

The staff was outstandingly nice- we were stranded that night at GCD airport and they provided us with some snacks at 1:30 at night as Air France had not been able to give us anything for the last 5 hours on our flight, which had an unplanned stopover due to weather conditions.

The street to the Hotel is currently under reconstruction (no tarmac at all). Beacuse of that, the power was cut in the morning.

This hotel I booked at 2am when a flight canceled at CDG airport. It was so nice to be greeted by a kind man and the facilities were so clean. If I do end up going to Paris I am staying here again. I felt extremely safe since it was gated and there was 24 hour reception. Also, the room and the balcony was HUGE! Thank you Saglam Hôtel for being there when needed!

Extremely helpful and thoughtful staff, the man behind reception told us how to get to the local train station by foot (only a few minutes) and offered all of our group a beer on check in which was nice of him. Also pre booked us a taxi for the next morning as we were leaving early, which helped massively. Rooms were spacious and very clean.

Didn’t know what to expect when arriving at the hotel as it was led up to by a dirt track, however the hotel and its facilities made up for that.

I really liked this hotel, was perfect location for me near the airport and near the exhibition centre that I visitied daily. Staff on reception and owner was very accomodating and helpful, went above and beyond. Good size room with balcony, good value for the money, bed was comfortable enough. Even tough is near the airport I slept like a baby. Fresh croissant daily and good coffee or tea. I recommend Saglam and will definately visit again when I am back.

I would definately use fridge in the room but staff put my food in common fridge for me so no problem, always find solution. Just ask nicely. ;)

This was a perfect room for an overnight stay close to the airport. The owner was actually checking in the evening we stayed and he was very nice and accommodating. We ended up talking to him for several hours! The rooms were clean but small. However, sufficient and comfortable for 1 night.

I don't really have many complaints!

The hotel is near the CDG airport and the breakfast was good. We left for a couple of days to visit another town and the hotel let up leave our big luggage there until we came back. The staff speak good English. Wifi is stable and good.

Breakfasts were not consistent. There was more food on some days and less food on other days.

Great for only night sleep as train almost stops

Morning is full with train voices which is across the street. It is also not easy to reach by walk from station we had to wait for uber with our luggage
