Good example of small French hotel in good location close to shops/restaurants etc. Staff very helpful with our luggage as we were on the second floor as no lift available.

Our room was clean and comfortable but it was not the room shown on Booking.com as a larger room with more traditional style than the one we occupied. I noticed the room as shown did exist across the corridor from ours. I was a little disappointed but this did not detract from the excellent time we enjoyed in Saumur.

The neighbourhood was nice, and the room was clean and met our needs. There was bike storage available and plenty of information about attractions in the area in the reception area. Breakfast is available too.

There was a heatwave when we visited, so we found the room very warm, and the fan only helped a little.

Although there was a shower hose on the bath tap there was nowhere to hang the shower head so it made it tricky having a shower. Husband slipped getting out too

Excellent reception staff and check in. Perfect hotel for one night stay in the centre of Saumur whist cycling the Velo route. Receptionist very accommodating with regards to us leaving very early in the morning with our bicycles.

I don't remember seeing air con in the room, it wasn't an issue when we stayed (early May), but it may be an issue for some people later in the summer or autumn.

Very easy to find ,only location is 3 min walk from town centre, nice breakfast but small choice,Bed was very comfortable.,and the shower is fine .plus there's secure parking for your bike and the staff where very helpful.

Beware the stairs are steep ,The room was alittle tired and so was the bathroom .

Good location, very friendly staff at check-in. Good storage for our bikes with charging possibility. Good breakfast.
