The staff were wonderful and the location superb. The breakfast was pricey at 30 Euros but nice to experience. The room was comfortable.

We’d expected to have a room in the main hotel but were in the Pavillion de Trianon, which is a far inferior building used downstairs for conference facilities. We were not given a reason but suspected it was because we didn’t pay top rate, though it was called a ‘superior’ room. It was noisy early one evening, with banging doors.

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria was perfection, everything form the room the the facilities to the onsite restaurants. it was just beautiful.

I wish there was a car or shuttle service from either the Versailles palace or the local train station, because it was a bit challenging to get to. Booking a cab was so difficult because there were none available a the time we called, and after a full day walking around the palace we were just exhausted and wanted to rest.

Love the Trianon Palace, it is a special place for us and we enjoy so much the kind staff, the facilities, the location is magical. We will be back for sure!! to enjoy the spa, the pool, and everything....love this hotel

it was not our first time staying, but was the first time we experienced difficulties with some problems that were happening with the pipes of the building, in our first room they were liking, then they changed us to a suite and it smell like soomething was really bad with the pipping structure, but they took care of it and had a team fixing the damage that was large and accidental. Also the TV does not have the option to connect to NETFLIX or any other network provider and that nowadays is not possible.

We chose this due to its location for Versailles, could not be more perfectly located to spend a day or two exploring the palace and the gardens. There’s a restaurant and terrace though it was too cold and windy for us to eat outside, the restaurant was very pleasant. Our room was in a separate section of the hotel, and even though we arrived very early off an international flight, the hotel had a room ready and allowed us to check in early. Parking under the hotel very convenient.

Nothing to dislike.

Room was in annex but we were in no way made to feel uncomfortable as we were welcome in all facilities of the main hotel. Swimming pool and restaurant were both superb and staff were very friendly indeed considering our French was so poor. We especially loved the location with access to parts of the Palace gardens: we were able to walk through nearby gate into Palace gardens early morning and evenings - magical. Excellent location, elegant gardens and proportions. staff were wonderful - especially the concierge and bell boys. Pillows and bed was very comfortable.

It’s a lovely venue. wonderful space. great location. Hilton brand does not seem to have helped it. Redecorating the annex building has led to substandard corridors under the building with sagging ceilings. surprisingly i was advised that it was useable. not a good impression formed breakfast was well presented but average in quality.

Our overall experience was excellent as detailed within our other responses. The staff, the service, the location, the spa etc.. were all excellent as indeed was the peaceful environment.

We thought the Concierge could be more informative when visiting versailles Palace for the first time as it can be quite confusing regarding queuing and timings. We did not dine in either of the restaurants in the evening as we thought the fare was quite limited.

Good size room and large bathroom. Lovely bedding and comfortable mattress. Quiet. Food very good at both restaurants. Pleasing bedroom decor. Good breakfast buffet. Very convenient for entrance to Versailles Palace.

I know we booked the 4 star Pavillion wing but the corridors were bland and uninviting without ornaments or flowers. Also the Pavillion is for corporate events and feels businessey rather than a holiday or weekend break venue. It could do both. There should be a smart, casual dress code for users of the La Veranda restaurant, a large corporate group dined in the restaurant in shorts, T shirts and jeans ; just because the business is paying doesn’t mean you shouldn’t respect the other restaurant diners.

well, we liked Everything...The food was fabulous. The architecture fabulous. The ability to WALK into Versailles fabulous. The staff Fabulous. Perking our rent car was so easy.

I would only have wanted to know that the rooms in the "Main" hotel may be more expensive but worth it. We didn't mind walking across the courtyard but would rather not have had to do that. Would have love have known that the beautiful SPA had a dance class.

We arrived early morning and the staff went above and beyond to secure our luggage, and let us use the spa to freshen up after an overnight flight. When we returned in the afternoon our luggage was in the room along with a bottle of premium champagne on ice and a beautiful fresh flower arrangement. I was hesitant about the price but it was worth every penny. The spa and pool were also marvelous. Extensive breakfast in a friendly environment.
