The location of the hotel was amazing, and it's located just a minute walk from the main streets. We managed to do early check-in, and the guys from the reception were very kind and assisted with lots of kindness. On our last day, they even gave us the option for a late check-out, which was incredibly helpful as it allowed us to explore the city a bit more before our departure. We will definitely visit there again and recommend them for sure.

Breakfast was very basic but this is what we expected since outside you can find the best restaurants

Very nice location, everything’s very close. The staff members are amazing, the personnel (guys) at reception are great. The breakfasts are very tasty.

It’s not related and not belonged to this hotel, but just FYI, don’t visit the Turkish restaurant under the hotel. It’s not tasty at all, very expensive, and if you pay by card they will charge you for additional 5%. And plus 10% for the waitress service.

-The room was cozy. -Its location is perfect. It is located in Old Batumi, so that restaurants, cafes, bars etc located near to it. -The staff was extremely helpful. I asked to leave my luggage for a couple hours after I checked out, and they allowed me to do that. Thanks to that, I did not need to carry my backpack all the day. Also, I was allowed to check out the hotel a few hours late. Thank you especially Manuel and the hotel administration.

location is good, the reception is 24/7, very helpful. the rooms are well-heated, have air-conditioning. bathrooms were clean and pleasant. there is a desk that is comfortable for laptop working/writing.

we lived in two different rooms, one was on the 1st floor and balcony was looking out to a square with lots of small shops. it can get kind of noisy, and you have a feeling that people might easily see you from the street (we stayed during winter, so never opened balcony door & kept curtains closed). the second one on the 3rd floor had 1 window that was facing a wall of another building really close.

Great location, spacious rooms and staff were very friendly.

I had to change the room twice due to uncleanliness, but overall they were helpful and gave us an upgraded room.

Overall, all was good. Other than that all was amazing, the balcony, view from the roof, breakfast was ok and you can find yourself what to eat quite easily.

Carpet in the room was stained in several places

Perfect location (old city, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, including excellent "8000 Vintages" wine bar), nice terrace view to the Black sea (5 mins walk), extra friendly and attentive staff, highest level cleanness. 24/7 reception (no limitations as it often happens in Batumi)

Great place for a stay. We stayed 3 nights hardly saw anyone else. Kept the cleaners out from changing towels. Reception staff always pleasant and helpful re taxis etc.

Would've opted for breakfast but expensive and not possible sometimes. Turkish restaurant over the road did good breakfast and other meals too.

Good value for money, clean spacious room, good bathroom, decent beds.

Bad soundproofing, noises from the street can be heard even with closed windows. Pillows are old and not comfortable.

It was low season, so my standard room was changed to the bigger one. It was so nice! Everyone new Russian, so it was quite simple to understand each other. Everyday cleaning, free drinking water and tea. Warm blankets, so in February that helped much. The hotel just near the heart of Old Batumi: it's simple to get anywhere, to every sightseeing.
