Everything was awesome. Pool was great, very clean and deep enough. The sports equipment is in good condition. Everything in the hotel was very clean.

The breakfast is not as declared on the Booking, there is no buffett. Only the personal menu.

A great value boutique hotel with a lovely pool and spa and sauna

Annoying that you have to pay for the sauna... ok I understand it's takes money and energy to heat it however what's a little bit annoying is that each person who goes in the sauna has to pay the same fee and that doesn't quite stack up

This is one of the most interesting stays in hotel. The staff is nice and polite, rooms are clean. Big and warm swimming pool with sauna. Location is also good, clean environment and fresh air, close to the vake park. Everything was exceptionally good.

Very good hotel. Best area of the city near bus station. Not the old city but 3 minutes walking from the most beautiful park in the city. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet. There is also small pool and gym inside.

We loved everything the staff were amazing so helpful in everyway, set us up with a sim card from the hotel on the first day made our life so much easier, the pool was fantastic and the sauna could not get enough of it very relaxing hotel, after a long day walkiing around tblisi which is also a fantastic city we had a room with a hot tub bath so great it was , we miss the hotel already and a big thank you to George so helpful polite friendly if you are thinking of going to tblisi this is the hotel to use ,we will return here for sure !!!!!. Nothing everything was perfect it made a great week for us knowing we had a great hotel to rely on .

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very clean. Staff and the owner try their best to help in all the possible ways. The breakfast was super great. The location is also great, everything is easily reachable. There is a very beautiful park nearby (vake park), within 5 minutes of walking distance. Having the breakfast in the common terrace (3rd floor) is also a plus.

Although this is a minor thing, as the kitchen in the 3rd floor is reachable anytime for free tea, it is good to have a coffee maker available in the room.

We had a family holiday and stayed in this hotel for about ten days. The rooms were large, with a balcony and an excellent shower. bathroom. We accessed a swimming pool every day and spent a lot of time on the hotel's terrace. Small, thoughtful touches made this stay special - like having additional bottles of water when leaving for a city trip, or Lemsip, which the receptionist gave to me for free when I had a fever in the evening or a complimentary glass of wine for my mother when she needed it most. Overall, it is a very beautiful place, which feels more like a luxury home rather than a hotel. There is a lot of space and common areas for a very limited number of rooms (I think it is about 1516 rooms in total).

the only thing that I would like to mention, is that there was no handrail in the swimming pool, which was not easy for my elderly mother (but it still worked and she swam every day).

This is an exceptionally nice boutique hotel with about 15 spacious rooms. We stayed there with my family for about ten days. The access to the city centre was easy, about 1--15 minutes by taxi. The area is upscale, with many embassies around the large park in close walking distance (about 10-15 min walk). There were many cafes, small restaurants and trendy places to visit close by for my 23 and 25-year-old children. The park is lovely and well-maintained. The reception and hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and any questions were answered immediately. There was plenty of space to sit outside (a terrace) and inside. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The indoor swimming pool was warm. We were treated more as family guests rather than paying customers.

All was fine, not a single complaint over 10 days. Nothing to complain about at all!

As soon as we arrived to the hotel, we got a warm welcome, with a drink on the house. The next day, we spent an exciting and distinctive time with owner of the hotel who showed generosity and kindness. The hotel is cozy and has a big balcony overlooking on a nice scenery. The hotel is suitable for couples and families. The hotel is very clean and responses to the guests' requests rapidly. George, the manager, is an outstanding person, extremely helpful, patient, and not to mention a good guider. He does everything to please the guests. I got my internet installed through the hotel, a service not available in many hotels. I highly recommend this hotel without any hesitance.
