It was boutique style cozy, very clean hotel. Staff at the reception was very welcoming and kind letting us check-in early which was such amazing and so needed! Spacious room with comfy bed. Hotel has free of charge laundry room quite handy. Perfect quite location, the hotel 10 mins from the central station and short walk to the old town center. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious with fresh bakery. Sweet gesture from the hotel provides for the go quick simple snacks with tea, coffee and fruits infused water. Nearby hotel you can pop-in into charming local bakery “Fuchs” serving tasty sandwiches and coffee. I would love to stay again in this charming place, thank you!

Everything was great!

Located close to the city centre this is a good choice. Friendly staff with clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast is offered. You also have the option to enjoy the breakfast from a beautiful terrace. Coffee, fruits and refreshments are offered to guests in the lobby.

The underground parking garage was full and it was a bit complicated to find a parking spot. We ended up in a garage in the middle of the city centre and had to walk some 800 meters with suitcases and everything. This could be an issue for visitors.

The room was spacious, breakfast very good, the personel polite and professional. The location was appropriate as we came to attend an event at the Brose Arena. The underground garage is a public one (not owned by Best Western), but below the hotel, which is very good (16 EUR/day for hotel guests).

The underground garage is not a big one, but luckily was not full. Be very careful, because it is extremely narrow when you drive & park.

A very comfortable bed, I had a great sleep after a long day. A very good and tasty breakfast. A very good location.

The room of cleaning personnel was located just next to my room, and they started a meeting without closing the door - which felt like they all are just standing behind my door, while I still was trying to sleep the last hour in the morning.

The location is excellent. Short distance to the train station, parking directly below the hotel and the historic city center only about a ten minutes walk away.. Breakfast was great with everything you need and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The only thing to mention is that I could feel the springs of the mattress when laying on the side which wasn't too comfortable and that the battery of the safe was obviously low so we couldn't use it.

This hotel provided all the basics well: good night’s sleep in quiet comfortable room, excellent staff service, good adequate breakfast buffet though it would be good to have a bit more variety in the dishes.

Aircon works well but is a bit noisy. Buffet breakfast could do with a bit more variety.

Very good hotel which is a few minutes walk from the centre. Friendly staff and public car park under the hotel. No restaurant but breakfast was good. Small bar in the reception area. There was a laundry room for guests wanting to do washing - useful if away for a long time.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and clean. You can walk to everything from this hotel. Great location! Breakfast was good and there’s a garage beneath the hotel you can park at fir a daily charge.

Some of the staff were very unfriendly and it seemed like we were bothering them, but must were very helpful! There’s no shampoo or conditioner they give you a combination body wash and shampoo.

There could be some investment in the computer system, this took to long due to a slow start of the systems. The lady behind the desk was verry sorry and informing me, so i'm sorry for her.

Free use of washer and dryer was really helpful, but can be problematic if more people need to use it as there is only one set. No control of temperature.
