The staff were amazing! From the initial communication about payment details to the warm hospitality during our stay - everything was great. They even helped us with vases for flowers and glasses for sparkling wine, which was a lovely touch. The rooms are simple (we had two adjacent standard rooms on the ground floor), but the bathrooms were surprisingly spacious and very clean. Breakfast was basic but tasty, and €18 felt fair for what was offered. The location is also convenient - just 6 tram stops from the central station, and there's a metro entrance right next door.

No real complaints about the hotel itself. If I had to mention something, the rooms felt a little dark - likely due to being on the 1st floor and facing a park with large trees. Still, we preferred that over facing a noisy street, so I wouldn’t call it a real minus. The area around the hotel is a bit rough - there were quite a few homeless people in the park and near the metro station.

the room was very comfy and it had all the amenities we needed. we used the balcony ever morning for our coffee. great shower, bed very comfortable and loved the kitchenette. Location was amazing, right next to the U Bahn, grocery store and a great Vietnamese restaurant. The Bus station was also right across the street. All and all a weeklong great experience.

Nothing that you could have prevented but we had some people below us who had the most horrible smoker's cough in the morning!

clean room, had all the facilities we needed with the kitchenette area (and supermaket next door). Location - fine, with a delightful 30 minute walk into the main hub of Berlin, you see so much along the river, however a underground train next door so easy to get around. Also, near the hotel around the leafy backstreets we found a great German 'pub', very traditional and friendly, went twice! Also nearby a very good Vietnamese restaurant and a Turkish takeaway/eat in place, great for good turkish food AND CAKES!!!

One of the nicest mid-range hotels I have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean—looked brand new, even the public areas. I was in the garden wing, which meant it was at the back of the hotel with a balcony overlooking gardens, and sooo quiet! The situation of the hotel is perfect. It is across the street from the M10 tram, which gets you to the main train station in under 10 minutes, and from there you can get to and from the airport directly. And it is also next to a U-bahn station, so you can connect with the rest of Berlin by its very well-served public transport system with ease. The hotel staff were super-friendly and helpful. You could pay for breakfast separately, although I didn’t, as I don’t eat breakfast. I read some people thought 18 euro was expensive, but I think they had not been to Berlin before! I paid 10 euro for a cup of hot chocolate and a pastry at a coffee shop. It is a very expensive city. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It is apparently part of a very small chain, and I will look out for it if I go to other cities it has hotels in.

I stayed here for 12 days and overall had a really good experience. The staff was extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home. If I ever go back to Berlin, I would probably choose this place again.

I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room, and unfortunately the fridge wasn’t working properly, which made things a bit inconvenient, especially during the summer.

We have stayed at Harry's home in Munich few years ago and choosing the Berlin one was logical. There is a budget shop on the left of the entrance (nothing works on Sunday in Germany) and an underground station on the right. There is a shopping mall just across the road. The neighborhood may not be like in the city centre but we felt safe and the transport links are great from there. When it works (i.e. no demonstrations in the city), the M10 tram takes you straight to the main train station in no time. Our rooms were facing the backyard so no street noise whatsoever. On some mornings I could hear (my wife not!) a buzzing sound in the yard like a vacuum cleaner or maybe a water jet (possibly from another building). Comfortable beds, practical storage (not much though), adequate Internet access, good aircon. Rooms are cleaned after 3 days but you can ask for clean towels if needed. We ate outside but the dining area looked cosy. Navigating between the two buildings can be a little confusing at first but you quickly get used to it. We arrived around midnight and had been given instructions on the day how to enter the hotel. One thing I would suggest is to add signs for how to reach the bigger number rooms (from what I remember, in the main building the smaller number rooms are clearly signposted but we had to take a bit of guessing to figure out that ours are in another part of the hotel (Garden House)). The receptionists were very helpful and polite, thank you! Overall a great choice for the price.

Very clean and modern decor. Bed was massive for 1 person and very comfortable. Also had a classy wardrobe with safe. Balcony had chairs to sit out and enjoy the view of park and church. My room did face the street, which could get a little noisy (I had earplugs). Wifi was nice and strong. Bathroom was also massive with great water pressure. Lots of space for toiletries and a warming towel rack. Entranceway equipped with lots of pegs - great to be able to hang all the outerwear and accessories options. Check in was easy - staff is generally always there. Breakfast is 16 Euros if you prebook at check in. Had a ton of delicious options that are made that morning in house - highlight of my stay. U Bahn (the subway) is very close, only 100m away. The tram also runs directly in front of the hotel, right to the central train station and downtown area. Location can't be beat. There is a food hall/market nearby, and lots of other food options.

Nothing! Everything was perfect

The rooms were very comfortable, practical and ultra clean. The shower room, well set out and good space. My friends were uprated from the basic room I had, which was perfectly satisfactory. The upgrade provides a kitchen area with microwave and fridge. Furnishings are good quality and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, there was even some non-gluten bread which actually tasted like bread. That room has a comfortable area for relaxing or laptop working. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the assistant manager, David, and the General Manager. Their restaurant tips were spot on. The subway is only about 100 meters along the pavement to the left as you exit the hotel. Trams and busses across the road, a very good hub for getting round the city.

The front street can be noisy when you have the windows open, my friends at the back of the hotel heard no city noise at all.

All in all, the property was good. The room was big and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was well lit and ventilated, with a comfortably big shower. The bed's were comfortable and the balcony looked out to over a small park/green space.

The floor of the room was dusty when we checked in, and it remained dusty for the entire duration of our stay. That was quite unfortunate. Nothing else to complain about. The location is also a bit strange in a sense that the park opposite the hotel has a lot of homeless people loitering about, making one feel unsafe.

I want to direct a special thanks to the guy working at the reception last night 7/8 (sorry I didn't get your name). I arrived late and tired with my motorbike and he made everything super easy with the check in and made me feel safe with parking my bike and settling with everything. My experience was excellent! The room was beautiful and spotless clean, the bed comfortable and the location really good. I'll definitely will come back & recommend this place 👌🏻
