This was our third stay at the Holiday Inn Berlin City Center East Prenzlauer Berg, and once again, it was exceptional. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The M2 tram stop is conveniently located right outside, making it easy to reach Alexanderplatz and other parts of the city. Prenzlauer Berg is a great neighborhood with lots of nice cafés and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the smooth check-in process. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin, whether for business or leisure.

The location was incredible with plenty of things in and around the hotel. The room was great as we booked a junior suite which was nice and over 2-floors. There was a fridge of complimentary beverages but did not know this until our departure. The staff were great, as was the breakfast and bar area! It was a great hotel and would not hesitate in staying there again 10/10

There was no aspect of the hotel which we disliked. Our room (6th floor) was very hot (winter visit). Had the aircon on trying to cool room with not much effect. Spoke with staff but had the same issue on the second night.

The staff were very friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had an issue quite late at night with not being able to use the parking option, which was resolved within about an hour and a half. The room was well equipped. And the bed was comfortable.

There was plenty of lighting in the room, but it was really difficult to get a comfortable balance - possibly more of a problem during winter than for summer bookings. Other than that, we were pretty happy.

This was our second visit. The hotel and rooms thankfully still look very good and they serve a good (albeit pricey) breakfast. Staff is very nice. Would (and probably will) go back.

There was a definite smell in the room and corridor on our floor (perhaps a cleaning product? it did not smell good though), had to keep a window open at all times because of it; thankfully the weather was quite pleasant, so it didn't bother us. They've upgraded the toilet paper since last time ( :)), but the towels are still very thin.

It was a very pleasant stay! I am very sensitive to noise when sleeping, so booked the inner yard room and it was very quiet, both from outside and very limited noise from the inside (only when neighbors made some clumsy noises, it was not much). Nice to be able to open windows and get fresh air. Not any noise from ventilation or heating, I think it was off but wasn’t needed as the temperature was perfect. Very clean and freshly renovated, good choice of pillows, nice Rituals toiletries. And you could get more stuff for free if you forgot something. Location was good for me as it was close to a friend I was visiting, but maybe not the most exciting otherwise, nothing bad though. Tram stops right outside the door. The staff was ok. Chemist store and nice cafe right next door.

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste, but nothing horrific. Too few towels, but I guess I could have asked for more.

The location was perfect. It was very close to the event I was attending. In addition, because of there being a tram stop right outside the hotel, it was extremely convenient to travel around for sightseeing.

My only criticism was that the beds weren’t made up. By this I mean that the bed covers were folded up and placed in the bed, rather than being laid over it. I have never experienced this before in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. But this is only a very minor criticism and did not impact on my overall impression of the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn in Berlin, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and welcoming personnel made me feel right at home. The entire hotel is impeccably clean, with new furniture that adds a fresh and modern touch to the ambiance. The room was equipped with a small pot for tea and coffee, which was a delightful convenience. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring all the necessary amenities and providing a comfortable and pleasant experience. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room was truly impressive. The lounge area was another highlight, offering a comfortable space to relax with an assortment of fresh fruits and a well-stocked bar. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast at the Holiday Inn is simply superior. There was an extensive variety of delicious options to choose from, ensuring a great start to each day. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn in Berlin was exceptional. The combination of friendly staff, pristine cleanliness, modern furnishings, and top-notch amenities made it a memorable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

This was probably the best hotel I have ever been to. I am usually picky about cleanliness and quality, and this hotel was exceptional. Nice staff, clean room, clean bathroom, and a nice desk where I could write and read after a long day. The setup of the room is also very good - there is a dedicated space for luggage so one does not have to drag it into the room. I am very satisfied and will recommend it to others too.

Something worth considering might be to have a little latch on the blue LED on the TV because it is a bit bright in the dark room. On the other hand it serves as a nice night light.

The staff is first rate. The location, awesome; just drive straight down the street (no turns) and you end up in center of Berlin and by the Brandenburg Gate. Breakfast was great for 22 Euros per person with kids eating free. I parked on the street for 2 Euros per hour from 9-24 using the EasyPark app, Sundays and holidays being free.

It is great but a bit expensive compared to some of the other great places I stayed at but that was minor; nothing bad at this hotel. I wish the Holiday Inns back in the states had the same level of cleanliness and staff.

The garage is not adoptable for medium+ cars and parking there (with rotary system) is not trivial at all.. The staff that worked at night time come to help with car parking only after 2nd call, was lucky that didn;t park there (and saved damage for rental car). There is a big difference in service level from night shift vs morning/day stuff.
