Despite the fact that the close by U-Bahn Station Borsigwerke won't be usable for at least another year or two, the S-Bahn station Tegel can be reached in 10 min by foot, hence the hotel is suitable for trips to downtown Berlin without a car. A big shopping centre is just across the street leaving almost nothing to be desired. The room was adequately equipped and clean. Great breakfast. Complimentary water, tea and coffee are permanently available. All personnel, whether at reception, cleaners or in the breakfast room were extraordinarily friendly and helpful.

Beds were comfy although only coming as double bed with separate mattresses and duvets. You have to like it, we don't. Parking space around the hotel is for free, hence not guarded and can become tight at certain times. The hotel does not offer a parkhouse. The access control to the hotel leaves room for improvement. The same applies for the access to the breakfast area, no eligibility controls there either. The fact that our (and many other guests') reservation was obviously hacked (got an email containing all reservation details with the strong solicitation to pay the stay in advance in krypto currency, otherwise the reservation would be cancelled), was obviously not the hotel's fault but caused by a security breach in the reservation system of booking.com.

Thanks to its layout, this is a bright and spacious hotel with a good breakfast and a fairly comfortable room. At the end of September 2024, the nearby metro station and this part of the line were under renovation, if not for this, which slightly complicated the hotel’s accessibility

as of September 2024, the room could use some cosmetic renovation. However, this did not spoil the impression of the room.

The Breakfast was good, more than enough to eat and drink. I find it so thoughtful that, they had Big Coffee Machines downstairs and one could drink Coffe anytime for free. Also had free Water available for us.

The Internet connection was a bit too slow

The hotel is not in central Berlin but it was convenient for our trip (visiting a family member @ Medical Park Hospital) The hotel is located right infront of a shopping mall that has nice restaurants, a 24/7 gym and an adults arcade hall The hotel have bicycles that could be used free of charge & free bottled water as well The breakfast was decent and had several options that are suitbale for vegans as well

It is relatively expensive relative to the location which is on the outskirts of Berlin (Tegel)

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Borsigturm and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were met with professionalism and warmth. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I could ask for.al and

There wasn't much that I didn't like about my stay, but if I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally slow. However, this was a minor issue and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

We enjoyed every second in this hotel. It was very clean, friendly stuff, free water in glass bottles (green are better than blue). Also there is free access to the laundry facility. You can wash and dry your clothes for free, just bring your own washing powder. It is quiet area with the shopping mall next door. It is also around 15 min away from the Tegel lake. Highly recommended! Just remember that it is around 40 min away from the center, but well communicated with public transport.

They turn off A/C till the temperature reaches 24c so we have to open the window and we don't like that because of the insects

The breakfast options are amazing! Something for everyone. The scrambled eggs are the best I’d ever tasted. Free bottled water is available to guests, there is a coffee/tea station available free of charge. The room was immaculate, very fresh and the bed was so comfortable it was hard to leave it!

I didn’t use the restaurant but my college said it was good

Breakfast was ok but I asked for a lunch packet instead and it was really not good. I asked later few times what I want in it but whole week no action from the stuff. Only one old sandwich a day is nothing compare to price of the breakfast and to what I saw in the restaurant

Good breakfast. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Area was ok, Berlin has nicer areas though.

The ventilation didn't work in the bathroom, hopefully they will fix it. The sofa bed was not very comfortable the kids said.
