The property is clean and the rooms are spacious, it is strategically located, and easy to reach with public transport. It is quiet and was able to rest and relax well in the evenings. The breakfast is good

The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, for example the person who manages the restaurant was rude and disrespectful to me and the other people during breakfast, more than once I witnessed him having verbal exchanges with customers who were there to have breakfast that they had paid for.

Not a lot to look at on the outside but the inside was very clean and tasteful.

Our shower’s pressure was so high, when we switched from the tap the the shower, the shower head moved 90° to the left and soaked the whole bathroom, happened to two of the 5 of us

The bar downstairs and beds were comfortable.

No complaints about it.

There’s one receptionist who doesn’t seem to speak English well, so we had a hard time trying to communicate with her and get our queries answered properly. We used the laundry service and the clothes were not dry when they returned them. The staff at the restaurant couldn’t advise whether there was any pork meat or not in the breakfast buffet.

Easy late check-in. Used this hotel already many times.

Car parking increased in a few weeks from 5 EUR to 8 EUR. Free water would be nice. The hotel was as usual overheated.

The facilities offered by the hotel were good. Although the location of the hotel seems to be far from the center, transportation by tram is quite comfortable and fast. We did not encounter any problems during our stay, thank you.

The room was clean and tidy. However, I would like slippers to be provided because the floors are parquet.

Spacious room. The reception staff were very nice to offer us hot water as there was no kettle in the room.
