Check in instructions are clear. Beds are comfy and the capsule is quite spacious. Two plug-ins available. Good wifi.

Pretty far from the centre, which would not be an issue if the staff told us how to get to the centre. There are two bus lines leading nowhere, and a tram line leading to the centre, though 15 minute walk away from the property. Capsules are not completely sound isolated, there is 20 cm gap at the top of the wall towards the next capsule. Only one toilet and two showers for the entire hostel, one of the showers being in the hallway, protected only by the curtain from it.

We were worried about the noise based on past reviews but we must have got lucky with our fellow guests as we had a very quiet and peaceful night. You'd barely have guessed there were other people around you! Great value for money in peak tourist season. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily and were sparkling. Shower had good hot water and pressure. Like the extra sinks in the main room, good AC and glad they let us store luggage after check out. Recommend the top boxes, closer to the main door. We were comfortable and cool, staying in July.

Cigarette smoke from workers outside would waft into the room and there was nothing we could do about it.

Good value for money. Literally sleeping in a box. One of ten in the room. Own fan made inside the sleep pleasant.

Entry code didn't work first time but staff responded via the booking com app promptly and solved the issue. Washing machine onsite is only used by staff when they are cleaning not for guests. Booking.com hasn't removed it from the facilities listing online yet.

Clean, warm, nice place.. Doors is locked no one can go inside witch out a code. Not too far from centrum with a car.

Kitchen it could be a little bit cleaner but it's okay.

We think the boxes are a cool idea instead of bunk beds. They are not too spacious for 2 people but okay for a short stay. We liked the pallets design.

We didn't realise how far from the center was the location. There's still good connections with bus and trams. But at night time buses don't run. So it's quite a walk. Our bed wasn't clean. There was hair everywhere. And the bathroom as well. For the price we paid we couldn't complain much. I was afraid of the noises because the reviews mentioned how you can hear everyone around you. But was nice and quiet at night. Mattresses were thin and hard. Kinda like a sleeping on a tent. But overall wasn't as bad as we thought

Only one toilet for 8 capsules, so it could be up to 16 people maximum there. Needs at least a second toilet. But the night i was there we were not many at all so it was fine

Everything was clean. The box was good enough for us, not big but it had everything we needed. Very affordable. It’s obviously not luxurious, but you get what you pay for!

Should probably be called a hostel and not hotel, because it’s like a hostel dorm with boxes. A very good one though!

Compared to the cost, you get excellent service, quick communication, available and nearby parking. Fortunately, the place can accommodate 8 couples, and only one was reserved. :)

I was worried about the cleanness, but it wsa very good. The bed was okay too and perfect for two people there were towels too. They could be newer, but they were clean Bathroom was also clean

there was some japonese people next to our bedroom and they were very loud, but this is not fault of the accomodation

The toilet is very clean and they have a microwave and a fridge !

The location is a bit off, but you can take tram 9 from the city center. The area is surrounded by residential area, no bar or restaurant nearby.
