This is a small hotel, that means you can have a direct contact with people that can solve any problem with no need to ask for upper management. They were able to adjust my request for late arrival (due a flight cancellation) even considering the check-in is untill 5 PM, using a structure to keep the keys in case you arrive late... be sure that the system works very well. There is a big park near the hotel and the area is quiet.

For people used to big hotels, the restricted time for check-in can be a little difficult to understand, but no problem at all - the staff attention by phone and WhatsApp fully compensate this limitation.

Easy self check-in, good location near the city park, free parking

There was a bit cold in the room, although outside it was up to +23-24 degrees at daytime, at night we were cold and there wasn’t any way to warm up the room.

The buidling is beutiful. The room is big and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. I arrived earlier, and the housekeeper let me check in earlier.

The ventivation system of the bathroom is a bit noisy in the room I booked. As long as I opened the bathroom door, it started to work, and lasted for abouht half an hour. There is no switch to turn it off.

The breakfast was charged extra, €25 /person is a bit expensive, actually it's the only negative point I found.

A truly beautiful hotel, with exceptional service. The room servicing was the best I have seen, incredible attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to the Gardens and an easy walk to the shops.

Clean room in a really nice villa. The contact to the owner was convenient via WhatsApp.
