It's super convenient: just a stroll down the road from Dresden Hbf. The area is well lit. If you arrive late at night or just tired, it's quick, safe and easy to find. A quick cross under the bridge to Parkstraße gives you access to the length of Dresden, all the way to Altstadt, the Gallerie, and across the river to Albertplatz and Neustadt. The paving is smooth and comfortable so you can get some speed. Or cheat with a rental scooter, dotted around. The room is plain, but functional and comfortable. Just what I need after a day out.

I was right next to the floor's common bathroom. An early morning, I was "treated" to someone suffering the aftermath of a very rough night out.

This hostel was very spacious and everything felt well arranged and organized. The overall layout made the stay comfortable and convenient.

However, the bathroom layout was really poor. I’m 1.80m tall and even for me it felt uncomfortable, I can’t imagine how taller people would manage. There was also a leak in the sink, and because of how it was positioned, I kept hitting my knees against it. In addition, the hallway leading to the exit wasn’t well signposted, which made it a bit confusing to find the way out. Overall, the space itself was nice, but the bathroom design and signage definitely need improvement.

Very close to the center and uni (HTW), a VERY well-designed room (the VERY conveniently placed, in-built night lamps as well as the electric sockets by the night table and the main table, so you can easily charge your devices). Very good and varied breakfast - both for sweet-teeth'ed individuals and fans of clean, healthy eating :) Very kind and friendly staff. 2 lifts, so you don't have to wait too long. Enough parking space - the price of parking was the decisive factor when choosing the hostel. Overall, would definitely choose it again!

The pillow could be larger and the windows could be washed. In order to get some boiling water, I had to go downstairs (by the lift) - perhaps you could have electric kettles, at least at request if not in every room?

The hostel was a short walk from the Hbf and a comfortable 25 minutes walk to the old town attractions. There was also a bus stop very near by. The room was comfortable although not very spacious. We had twin beds and towels and a small but OK bathroom. The WiFi was pretty reliable too. There was a very small kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, 2 saucepans and 2 frying pans. But we managed to make pasta for 2 in it. There was also a washing machine and drier off the kitchen room. I got a good rate for breakfast, and it was good value for £7.70 but full price was €11 I think. There is an Aldi next door though and you could ask to use the hostellers' kitchen.

There was no kettle in the room, and the kitchen/laundry was kept locked because of.problems with hostellers not cleaning it; you had to leave a deposit for the key if you wanted to get to the fridge or kettle for a tea. The hostel had lots of groups staying; one night the school groups were noisy until 10pm,; the next night the adult groups got noisy after 11pm. Everyone was quiet after 12.30am though. Our room looked over the road and rail route but the windows were very soundproof if you kept them shut.

The hostel is placed very close to the central station (as the name suggests), making it very easy to reach. It is note in the city centre, but it can be reached with walkable distance (10 minutes on foot). The room was not very big, but it was enough for a short stay (2 nights): overall, we came to visit the city and not to stay in the hostel! The breakfast offered was also quite good, with several options to choose between.

The location was good, just 3 blocks away from the Main central station, the bed was comfortable, the staff is very friendly, especially Willy who deserves a raise. I like that I can stay in my computer at reception all the time I need.

The light of my bed was not working. There were only USB chargers and I needed a normal plug but the bed hasn't, you gotta use the one outside the bed. The room needed some sweeping because of dust and little rocks from our shoes. Something else, someone stole my yogurts I put outside the window to get them cold. Aside from that, very good stay, I stayed 4 nights.

Went to Dresden to watch Dynamo Dresden, location could not have been better, 10 minutes walk from the Central Station and 10 minutes walk from the stadium. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The price was unbelievably low and a good buffet breakfast served in the basement. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to others.

I was there for one night stay. I really loved the place, price is good, guy on reception was really friendly, he checked me in 01:00, so there was absolutely nice 👌

The place had some sort of weird smell in the room, but it was ok, you can just open the window for 5 minutes and it’s gone. And bed wasn’t the best, but for one night stay it’s alright

Clean dormitory, particularly liked that toilet and shower are inside the room hence only used by max. 6 people. Also didn’t know that they have a snack vending machine and offer drink and food options which was a nice surprise. Bonus point also for free luggage storage all day long.

The mattress could be more comfortable but for a hostel bed I can understand. Point of improvement: a night lamp for each bed. (Only 2 beds had one)

Nice place located just couple of minutes from the main station. You have to walk few more minutes to the old town but it is still walkable distance. Staff was lovely and really helpful. It is a big place with plenty of rooms so might be quite busy at the reception especially during weekends. Rooftop bar is quite handy however they open it at 7pm and close at midnight. It might have longer opening hours. Free storage room. vending machines with snacks. table football. beer available at the reception. good price. I would definitely stay there again if back in Dresden. Worth to mention couple of kebab places just outside where you can have a beer as well.

Guests don’t always pick the beds they were allocated to and the staff can’t really do anything with it. It might be improved so you don’t have to argue with other people.
