Super clean rooms. Great breakfast and great facilities. EV chargers available (only 2)

Looks to be understaffed. The front desk wouldn't answer the phone at 10 PM and then had to wait 25 minutes for a toothpaste to be sent to my room. The front desk rep told me he was alone and that I had to wait. Maybe look into hiring more staff?

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Convenient parking options, both covered and underground, made arrival stress-free. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and kind. I can’t remember the name of the guy who checked us in, but he deserves a raise! Our rooms were originally on different floors, but he made sure to get us all on the same floor and hallway, which worked out perfectly. Next time we stay here (and we definitely will), I'm giving that guy a tip. The hotel offers great amenities: a lovely breakfast hall, a sauna, and a well-equipped fitness center with locker rooms, so I could still get my workouts in while traveling. But the standout for all of us was the Sky Bar. 🔥 The view was breathtaking, the music vibe was on point 🕺🏾🎶💃🏽, and the drinks were mouthwatering. Two of my favorites were the Caramel Espresso Martini and the Moscow Mule, Whoever that bartender was, give them a raise too! And despite the music jamming and the lively energy, it was perfectly balanced, you could have a conversation without shouting. That made the experience even better. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well. Some might say it’s not right next to downtown, but honestly, it’s just a short drive, tram, subway, or Uber away. You can enjoy the chaotic fun nightlife in the city, then return to the calm, cozy comfort of the hotel. My friends and I have officially made this our go-to spot whenever we’re in Düsseldorf, and we come go their a lot. I did not provide any pictures; One, because I forgot, two the hotel's pictures on its website are spot on. I Hope you Enjoy your stay like we did!

It's not a dislike, just a suggestion to lower the parking cost for guests staying in the hotel.

Very stylish room on the 18 floor. Great view. Very comfortable bed and clean area.

Unfortunately my room was “sharing” room. I didn’t know that. I would definitely choose different room. Rooms like this are for people who needed that, for example families. We didn’t want to hear other people behind the doors. Feeling that behind the doors are strangers is little bit uncomfortable. Next time I will definitely send a request about it. On Sunday based on menu from my room, the room service should be open from 17:00 to 22:00. But they wasn’t answering phone. I came to the front desk and they told us that room service and restaurant was closed so we can’t have anything to eat for dinner.

Right around the river Rhine, this hotel blended comfort and luxury. The check-in process was seamless, with the staff greeting me with genuine smiles and efficiency and were always there for my support. The room I booked was a first-class room on the 16th floor overlooking the city skyline. It was well connected by trams and buses. 7 stops were Koenigsallee and 9 stops for the central station. Earlier check-in or late check-out costs 10 Euros each

The air-conditioning system wasn't working. When I checked with the reception, they said that they did not expect summers to come that quickly. Someone from the housekeeping came inside the room without asking because he wanted to check if we had used anything in the minibar

The property was great. Lovely customer service. Room was clean and spacious. The receptionist staff very kind and friendly. Great customer service. Kitchen staff excellent and very good at communication. They were all lovely. Definitely recommend to anyone who comes Dusseldorf to come here :) they also have a lovely roof top bar on top.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The Hotel is at a great location as well. I enjoyed my stay here with my wife and new born! :)

My wife and infant baby were stuck in the elevator for 15-20 mins., as the key stopped working!! Though everything was correct in the system, due to some confusion i was checked out 2 days before the actual date. after office when i came to check at reception I was told that it was due to some confusion etc. and that nothing needs to be done from my end. This was not at all expected!! Some maid who happened to travel to the lift helped my wife out. Before deactivating the card the hotel should check with the guest.

I visit several hotels every year and this has so far been the best quality for my budget. Loved the atmosphere, amazing room, good parking, mindblowing breakfast and I also really enjoyed the Sky Bar. Will definitely come back next year.

There wasn't anyting I didn't like. All was good!

Room was big with everything we needed. Location was good, very quiet and easy to get to by public transport. Breakfast was great and available for an extended time.

The man at reception when we checked out was quite rude. I tried 2 different bank cards to pay the bill and neither worked. When my sister offered her card he gave her different instructions and her card worked.

Restaurant and bistro were shut and the only place to eat was the sky bar which had limited choices. Room service had a bit better menu but no one seems to answer the phone.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. We were in Dusseldorf to visit the Christmas market and not only the staff but also at the hotel there was inof avialable about this. Hotel was very good quality; we had wonderful lunch and the location is easily reachable with public transportation to city centre.

The website stated that there would be a bath and I was looking forward to that; unfortunately the upgrade of the room was a room without one.
