Very spacious apartment, relatively close to the centrum and with a very good distance to the tram/trolley. There was free public parking right in front of the building which was very convenient for us. The stuff was helpful and friendly and spoke enough English to understand each other.

The floors where not cleaned enough

The locations was quite nice, with several trams right at the door to get to the city center in 15 minutes or to the lakes around town.

The kitchen was really not very complete, only one bowl for example, and everything quite old. Also the TV and furniture etc. But still quite alright for the price.

very friendly and welcoming lady at reception. my concert tickets had been delivered here as I was travelling and were waiting for me on my bed when I arrived. room much larger than I expected sofa, tv and kitchenette, large double bed, huge bathroom retained some traditional German charm easy transport once I'd found my way

top floor, no lift. My fault for not checking in advance

Room was very spacious, clean and well organized. We loved the small kitchen which was decently equipped. The room was also very silent although it was pointing into a sometime busy street. The personnel was super friendly and attentive. The beds were comfy and we slept very well.

There was some dust in the bathroom on the ventilator.

Very nice and clean room.

Wifi signal was good, bud quite slow internet. I was not able to watch Netflix.

not too many plates and glasses

We stayed at 3rd floor up steep stairs. We are not young an this was a challenge without having a lift.

The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is close to supermarket, tram, restaurants

Price is ok and a lot of space. To city center ca. 3,5 kilometers. Easy reachable by tram.

Wifi does not work when there are more people in the hotel. I mentioned this problem, and they said they knew.
