Brilliant, very clean hotel that jad excellent comfortable clean accommodation that served an excellent breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The location was superb, close to the city centre (2 minute walk) and all local amenities. This is definitely a hotel that I WILL come back to. Erfurt for me is like an undiscovered gem, an unspoilt German city and very pretty and picturesque. There is so much to see I would recommend anyone to visit Erfurt and stay at the Radisson Blu.

We had an overnight there on a long drive from Northern Germany, it was a poke on the sat nav that led us there. The Rad Blue all over the world are very much comfortable business stay hotels a little bit more polished than others and is reflected in the price, but still worth it. Parking wasn't the easiest but doable, pricey but for being a very short walk to old town not bad. There are ways to get cheaper parking but it was cold and a short stay. Late checkout, inc parking was very welcome as we had time to explore Erfurt, lovely place really well worth a 3 day stay and explore. Medievel and lots of arts n crafts in small shops.

When checking in I wanted to pay immediately but as it was a business trip I needed also the invoice. The receptionist said if you want to pay now you have to wait because it takes time and I need to check in the clients behind you. Behind me was 2 men and there were two receptionists at this time. The situatsion and this 1 sentence made me think why should I wait because the recetionists chose people behind me not wait? At the end of day it took like 3 minutes and was no problem but customer sight of view was very rude and unpleasant.

I can’t think of anything. Well we didn’t notice the parking at first and thought the parking was the public parking next to the hotel. Maybe a bit bigger sign could be nice. It’s really the only thing I can think of to criticize.

The location is prime and within a few minutes walk from the main attractions or town centre. It's a lovely city. The bar has extensive options for drinks, and the room and bathroom are okay in size.

There is lack of parking on site for the size of the hotel, and therefore, you need to find a space outside the hotel, which is located on a residential street.

Centrally located and close to main sightseeing spots . Very helpful staff, I could benefit from complimentary late check out till 14:00 o’clock

I booked a superior room. I was surprised, that superior room does not have a minibar or coffeemaker. Also, for a 4 star chain hotel I missed the slippers in the room and a complimentary bottle of water.

Very efficient, friendly staff; clean, everything worked. Great choice for breakfast.

The room and bathroom was a little small as other reviews mention, but perfectly adequate. Price of small bottles of water available at reception was expensive, so make sure to bring your own!

Fantastic location within easy walking distance to everything. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Coffee/tea and snacks were available in the lobby all day long. We had a room on the 11th floor with an amazing view of the city. I’d definitely stay there again and probably will the next time I get to Erfurt.

It would have been nice if the gym had been included without an extra fee. My daughter just wanted to use it on our last night only to discover her room key would not grant her admittance. Not worth the extra fee for one person for a single use.

Great location, very close to the beautiful city center. Very nice staff, comfortable room (a little small, though). Very good breakfast, and EV charging at reasonable rates.

The outside appearance of the hotel is a bit "GDR style", but inside it's all up to modern standards

Room was a little small and for that price we were expecting basic amenities like bedroom slippers. Breakfast was all right except for one rude staff. She cleared our table while we went to get more food from the buffet line. When we came back to the table, I said "excuse me" politely, she rudely mentioned something along the lines of "but there's no one here" and didn't replace the cutleries she removed and walked away.
