Breakfast had a great choice and always fresh. A bit on the expensive side but at the end it was worth it. The room was big enough for a family of four (kids are young). Bathroom was big. the room had fridge, sink, microwave and kettle which were all needed and made it feel homey. Cupboard space was good. Beds (even sofa bed) were comfy. Terrace was great to enjoy the evenings. TV was good too. Hotel lobby had like a kids toy area which the youngest loved.

In general great and when something was amiss staff were always helpful and rectified. Nothing to complain about, majority of staff knew English which made communication smooth.

we were on our way from austria to the netherlands. we had booked on the way because we were tired and could check in immediately. we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist and she spoke good english. the room was beautifully clean and the beds were fantastic. the shower with rituals was of course a gift. the next morning we left early and I discovered that I no longer had my watch (apple watch stainless steel) on. called the hotel and they had found it and sent it to the netherlands. this is fantastic service. contact was quick and smooth and I want to thank you very much. we will definitely come back and will certainly recommend you to friends and acquaintances.

The hotel was super accessible thanks to multiple bus lines passing from the train stop in front of the hotel. The room was super spacious and more than enough for a solo traveller. The staff were super attentive and caring. The room itself was spotless.

The only downside was the heating was turned off when I checked in and I didn’t realize that it was off until the night. It took a long time for the room the heat up probably because there was not any guests before me. It could have been turned on by the hotel on the day of my check in before my arrival.

Lovely hotel for an overnight stay. Lovely large room, great views, excellent location. Very comfortable indeed.

They made us book two rooms for our family of four - when one of our rooms was huge at two massive doubles and also a sofa bed. We could easily have stayed in the one room - and that was really frustrating. The check in was also extremely and painfully slow!

The room was good, with a little kitchen. The breakfast is really nice and has a garden so the kids can play while you finish your breakfast. In the entrance there is a kids area and that is appreciated

We had a problem with the air conditioning in the room but the helped us to change to other. It is not always easy to park outside, but there are some places to park for free or with “Parkschein”

Nice big room, with balcony. Good breakfast. Parking is excellent, little expensive.

We didn’t get the roomservice breakfast. They forgot our sign on the door. So we waited and found out it was still hanging on the doorknob. The worst part, no excuses at all when we told the reception.

We liked the location. The rooms were cleaned oftenly. The staff was very nice. Overall we had a good experience.

The hand shower had a problem with giving very low water pressure on a random basis. The water temperature was extremely hard to get right - going from very hot to icy cold with just a millimeter slight movement of the handle.

Loved the porridge, cooked breakfast and fruit. My colleague who is vegan was a bit disappointed that there were no milk alternatives and I would have liked some too but for me it was not a problem. The reception staff gave me milk for my tea for the evening and when I lost my key card gave me another without any problem. The check in and out was very fast too.

Room was spacious and clean, bed really comfortable including pillows, parking garage had plenty of space and was easy to use. Breakfast was delicious with 1 highlight - honey served within the honeycomb. It was unusual, cool and tasty. Hotel is close to city center, plenty of restaurants around. Helpful hotel staff, no problem with English.

Parking fee could have been cheaper.

Our second time staying here. Consistently excellent. Clean. Comfortable. Excellent service. Helpful, sincere staff. Plenty of breakfast options. Dinner very good too. Waiters very attentive and helpful. Excellent receptionist. Quiet street. Convenient - just 9/10 min walk from centre of town.
