We were slightly hesitant about the reviews before we arrived. But in all honesty this place was perfect for our trip to Frankfurt. It is only a 4 minute walk to the subway station and then a 3 minute trip in to the central city. Or you could walk the same route in 30 minutes. A bonus is the breakfast. Fresh breads, cereal, milk, juice and coffee. It exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate staying there again. Also the water pressure in our shower was exceptional, better than any other hotel we have ever been to.

Nothing.

We stayed in room 307, facing the back courtyard with a nice view of green trees. It was quiet and we slept well. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection including fresh fruit, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, bread, croissants, scrambled eggs, sausages… The location was reasonably close to public transport. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

On the first night of our stay, the hotel was fully booked and we were given a room on the top floor without curtains or blinds, which made it impossible to darken the room. We were moved to a better room the following day.

My husband and I appreciated the cleanliness and quietness. of the hotel rooms Tea, coffee, and water cooker were also supplied in the room. Having enough electric outlets to charge devices such as mobile phones was also helpful. The restaurant was clean and breakfast was good and with varieties. The restaurant stayed open for breakfast until 11:30, which gave us time to get some rest. Check out was at 12:00. As long as the price remains reasonable, we will gladly stay in "Novum Hotel Imperial Frankfurt Messe" again and again.

There was parking. We had to walk quite a distance.

The location is just fine. Many food points are nearby. But most of them are working till 22.00 or around, but it's not the fault of the Hotel, just FYI BREAKFAST option. Its amazing! Seems like hotel management reacted on previous negative reviews about breakfast and improved it. Eggs, sausages, variety of cheeses and ham/salami is nice. Coffee - really - just fine coffee from the machine. Just take a risk and try. - quick check-in and out, no "pfand" for damages something. - friendly staff - sauna and parking option (but we didn't use). - nice place. I would book it again definitely.

Facilities are a bit out of time. But for a 1-night-stay is just enough. - parking is expensive (17.5 € for our date) and seems like it's always occupied (use Parkhaus Palmgarten or free parking slota nearby, of you fine some). - a bit noisy - not enough chairs were outside to spend time in evening (it was a bit hot inside the room) - ! I've booked 2 different rooms with different prices, but during check-in we received two identical rooms . 🤷🏼‍♀️

All is good. Also, I want to thank you for preparing the baby cot. My husband told me about it. We were planning to travel together as a whole family but suddenly, my daughter and I couldn't make it. Most of the hotels that we stayed in had never prepared the baby cot in advance, that's why we didn't update that it was just me who came. Again, I am touched that you prepared the baby cot. Thank you very much.

The location was good, easily accessible by three different trains and some trams and buses. So it only took 10 to 15, with walking to get to the city center. For people who like hard matrasses, this hotel is a good place to stay.

The variety of food and drinks offered for breakfast was not great. Soundproofing on the street side was also not the best one. And last but not least you could not open the window completely.

Hotel was pretty good, I used it for the second time, location is great , only 200 meters from the U bhan and Tram station

The bed was not comfortable enough, and it is better to add more kind of foods for the breakfast, in addition to a small refrigerator

It’s already my third time booking with them. Best hotel in Frankfurt and I will choose it again when I’m back there. Amazing room, clean bathroom, clean everything, delicious breakfast.

Our only problem was that they keycard you were using to get in the room kept getting blocked so we had to go downstairs every night to ask for it to be fixed.

The room was very big and located on the 4th floor. In general very nice, but it did smell old and the air conditioning didn't work properly

The room smelled old and the air conditioning didn't work properly. My colleague was rebooked for another hotel due to the failing of the ac in the 7th floor. But the new hotel was very far away to the location where we had to be at our conference.

Was really clean and easy to get there, the rooms are good and the bathrooms too, i had in my room a water cooking whit a tee, cafe, sugar and milk. I would stay again there.

The pillows are really uncomfortable, and sadly they didn't have a baby chair in the brakefast room, this is something they should have, the ones of Ikea are cheap and work fine!
