Located very close to the SBahn station, the Hyatt Place was an excellent place to rest my weary head after 31hrs of travel. The check-in went smoothly - a big thank you to Julio at the reception who managed this well, as I was so exhausted from my travels. The room was very clean, comfortable, with plenty of room, a desk, lounge, and a very smartly hidden iron and ironing board (loved discovering this!). The King sized bed was perfect to recover, I slept well and it was super quiet. Breakfast was excellent too, with a nice mix of German and Western style options. Definitely would stay here again after a long-haul flight!

The only challenge with this area (all hotels & offices) is the limited options for food in the evening outside of the hotel restaurant. I was exhausted so chose to eat in the hotel, but be aware, it's the typical pricing and quality you'd from a hotel restaurant.

There are many new hotels in the Gateway Gardens area near the Frankfurt airport, but the Hyatt Place was the only one that allowed us to receive a parcel (trade show material) in advance of our stay. I want to acknowledge Ken Remorozo for his friendly assistance with the parcel and during check-in. Super high level of service.

The hotel is very conveniently located... Gas station - 5 minutes, airport terminal 2 - 5 minutes (I did not feel any airplane noise). I think this is an ideal place to spend the night before an early morning/afternoon flight. It is also easy and convenient to get to the center. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful (at every step from check-in to organizing breakfast). The breakfast is varied and quite tasty - you will not go hungry) The only thing worth paying attention to is that when leaving, do not forget to change the receipt/ticket from the underground parking at the reception for another ticket that will allow you to leave the underground parking, because I missed this moment and first had to stand at the barrier, and then return to the reception again (probably my mistake, not the staff's mistake). Overall, I recommend it!

Is a good hotel for a stay near the Airport. Having the train station right beside it helps very much to go to the centre of Frankfurt. There are also buses. Is not close to the Terminals though so walking is not an option and the best way is by the train. Unfortunately the first night there was a festival across the street..not the Hotel's fault of course so if you go in the weekend during summer time I suggest you request a room as further as possible from that area. The staff was kind, breakfast was quite good all though for the weekends may be nice to have it a bit later. Wifi is excellent and the rooms are comfortable have good air conditioning and bed was great.

Even though it says they can help you with something you forgot I requested a nail file that usually comes with a small package of beauty utilities and the girl at the reception answered me with a very strong we don't have that. I was surprised as is a 4 star hotels and most hotels have this. I came in late in the evening and I was hungry and I was surprised there was no room service. There is a market that you can get sandwiches or even meals you can heat yourself in the microwave but tired and all is not very fun to sit in the bar with a microwave meal.

This property is less than 5 minutes from the airport (by car). We used public transportation, which is conveniently around the corner, to reach the city center to walk around. As our flight the next day was early, we chose to stay closer to the airport and this hotel was perfect. The lady at the check-in desk was amazing, I unfortunately don't have her name, but she is tall, blonde. She gave us a map and told us how to get to city center and what to see there, which we appreciated so much!

The hotel is very good, clean, and easy to find. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also good and the food is tasty. Plus it's a pet friendly hotel. We enjoyed our stay there.

The situation with parking is not clear, we've parked our car based on instructions at the nearest hotel because this Hyatt doesn't have its own parking. During check out we paid for the parking at the Hyatt reception desk. However the woman at the reception from that another hotel (Best western hotel) was not happy and told us that we had to pay at their reseption desk. To be honest I don't care about what they agreed and would prefer to avoid such situations.

For access to Frankfurt airport, location is ideal. Several good restaurants nearby and a decent REWE supermarket. We have been here several times before and this hotel checks all the boxes. Highlights: very helpful staff and very professional, clean and large rooms that are well appointed, comfortable beds, and very effective AC! The breakfasts here are among the very best in Europe that we have experienced.

The hotel no longer offers an airport shuttle, which is an inconvenience and with paid parking, and extra cost for breakfast, the hotel is getting to be pretty expensive.

Smooth check-in process with friendly and professional staffs. As per the room we stayed, it is modern, clean, and soundproof rooms that provide a comfortable stay. Restaurant with a positive breakfast experience. Generally considered a good value given the quality of service and location. Strongly recommended for business travellers.
