Location was good, staff in reception friendly, overall clean.

They skipped cleaning our room for two days, the second night we were really expecting it to be cleaned and to have clean towels and sheets (we have put them to the floor to be collected), so it wasn’t a nice surprise to come late at night to an untidy room and still have to go to the reception to collect towels. The breakfast was ok, but my friend slept late almost every morning. The first two days I was given a food container to bring her breakfast, but they didn’t have paper cups and did not let me take a regular cup, weird. On the third day, they didn’t have containers so they allowed me to take a regular plate but not a cup, even more weird. And the. When our room was finally cleaned, they didn’t not remove the dirty dishes from the breakfasts.

Relatively small hotel, situated in a quiet residential zone of Frankfurt, with good connections to the other parts of the city (subway, tram and bus stations close by). A few dining options (for a very large range of budgets ...) and a supermarket in the area. Friendly and efficient staff, both in the reception and at the breakfast meals. Decent size of the room and the bathroom, good level of cleanliness. Functional furniture and appliances in the room but from slightly dated up to really dated elements in the bathroom. Nice breakfast, both regarding the quality and the variety of the available ingredients. All in all, a good quality-price ratio, at least for Frankfurt and especially for Westend.

The lack of air conditioning could be a problem in the hot season. And yes, I confirm, the closing mechanisms of the room doors are indeed a bit noisy :)

I liked the hotel, the staff is very attentive and nice, there is an elevator, daily cleaning, everything is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable, everything is ok. Breakfast is very tasty, everyone will find everything they want. The girl who offered coffee and drinks is very attentive, many thanks to her!!!

My room 205 was nice, but it is on the sunny side and has a very small window, it was very hot. I had to open the door and the window, but it didn't help. After a shower, all the humid and hot steam goes into the room, which makes the heat worse. Maybe this room is good in winter, but in summer it's unbearable without air conditioning.

I was able to check-in (although not in my designated upper floor room) at 10AM, breakfast is delicious, convenient location for walking to Messe, lots of greenery around the hotel, the location is also very quiet.

Just the fact that if you will be staying in one of the lower level rooms (but this is on me, as it was a compromise for early check-in), be prepared for the noise of the slamming doors.

Buffet breakfast Precooked egg selection - congealed and unappetising Room was on the top floor but very hot (29C constant) with no air conditioning just a fan. With windows open, could hear noisy neighbours. Should consider some form of air conditioning

I would like to thank the friendly approach of the hotel reception staff, especially our friend Robel Tekeste. The variety in the breakfast and the fact that they constantly replenished the food as it was lacking was great. The facility was clean and transportation was easy.

That is an amazing hotel, by the quality and hospitality. The room large size, the bed and pillow very comfortable. Also, they have a mini bar, tea, and coffee inside the room. The breakfast is just amazing. You have everything's and more. Very close by train station 15 min walking, the Palmengarten in 7 min by walk, the centre of city proximity 20 min.

The location was very convenient as we were there for a fair in Frankfurt messe center, which is in just few minutes away walk distance. The personal was very kind and helpful. The rooms were pleasant and clean.

I was staying in a room at the last floor and the water pressure for the cold water was not very high. This made it hard to make the shower water temperature comfortable, as there was mainly very hot water but not enough cold water to cool it down.

Central location, walking distance to the nearest metro station. Helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful, modern neighbourhood. Clean rooms, enough breakfast despite a narrow breakfast hall.

The breakfast room is not accessible via elevator. Elder people have to use the ladders which might not be convenient for their comfort.

This was my first trip to Germany with my wife and 3 yrs old. The staff was very helpful, The rooms and toilets were bigger than other hotels we stayed in in Germany for similar price, The service was good and the food was also good. It is 650 m from the tram station and Natural history museum. The tram station is 3 stops away from the central station.

The entrance to the hotel is not wheelchair/pram accessible. Not recommended for wheelchair bound people. The pram/stroller should be fine if you are ok to fold and lift for 10 stairs.
