We loved the cute, homely vibe of the hotel. The parking was private and secure, and the whole hotel felt very safe with lots of security features- ideal as we were two girls travelling alone! The breakfast was fantastic, with the staff so friendly and the setting very cosy.

The walk into the centre was easy once you found your way- but we did struggle to start with! The room was a little cold at first but after a few hours when we adjusted the heating controls it warmed up nicely.

In addition to the very nice central location, I'd like to praise the very helpful staff! They were quick to answer our questions on the app. Any confusion we've had about parking and the automated keybox has been very quickly sorted - thank you! :)

We are very happy and will gladly come back again. The breakfast table was amazing. The staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly. The location is in a quiet area near the train station and the old town.

Nothing that I can think of

Friendly and helpful staff, quiet and convenient location. The room and facilities were excellent value, comfortable and very clean. Wi-Fi was somewhat erratic. Breakfast was good value, but lacking in variety.

Unreliable WiFi

Location. Nice room with balcony, it was well heated and warm enough. Polite staff. Good breakfast

Water pressure was low in the bathroom.

The room is very clean , comfy bed and we like the balcony. The customer service was perfect.

The breakfast ,we expect more variety. We used the coffee in the room the next day it wasn't replaced we couldn't have coffee in the morning.

Very nice staff and luxurious room. The balcony has a great view over the city and nearby hills.

Everything was great

Excellent Hotel, close to transport and a short walk from the Train. The room was cosy with its own balcony. The location was in a quiet street.

Good location. Nice kind staffs. Good price.

Under the hottest weather was there no air-conditioning. It was a little bit hard to sleep. No amenity for bath(no shampoo and body wash).

It was comfortable and good value. Our friend had a breakfast and it was very nice. The staff were really nice.
